Good support is invaluable
Good support is invaluable! They are incredibly responsive. When I had problems with the search box, I had a fix almost immediately. Also, they're patient. They will even answer questions that have nothing to do with their products - a fine thing when one asks for information about some other company's product.

Their accordion plugin is brilliant. Very easy to use and we utilise it on quite a few of our client's websites. Highly recommended if you need to quickly add FAQs to pages or posts on your website.
Great wordpress additions
Good wordpress products, their designs are modern and great to work with straight out of the box. Fantastic customer service. The free version is a great starting point for most users, however a few basic functions are hidden behind the pro pay-wall (hence the 4 stars) Big thanks to Pulak for helping me with my issue promptly!!

Excellent Product and Support
We've recently purchased the Woo Gallery upgrade and have been extremely pleased with it. WP Carousel: versatile and works well with WPML!
I have been using the WP Carousel plugin on a WPML website for a few years now. Very happy with its versatility in display options and the fact that you can easily connect carousels to page translations. Support has also been excellent, both technical and sales. Highly recommended!

Customer service was GREAT! It does seem like every time there's an update to the Smart Team plugin, you get an error message and have to seek help. This should work like all other WP Plugins and auto-update so the website manager can focus on more important things for their site!
