I'm not wrong in saying that this is the best Carousel, Slider, & Gallery plugin for WordPress. It offers endless possibilities for creating and combining styles. What's more, the technical support is outstanding. They respond in less than 24 hours and solve any problems you may have. They are undoubtedly the best... Thank you for the excellent plugin! We were looking for a plugin that could embed product videos directly into our product catalogs and enable auto-play. This plugin turned out to be a perfect fit for our needs. We did require some custom adaptation of the plugin to our website to ensure everything displayed correctly, and the technical support team promptly helped us implement these changes. What's most important is that the support is always fast to respond.

I purchased WP Carousel to replace my existing plugin because of the great features it offered, but there was one little I couldn't get working right. I raised a ticket, and a couple of hours later reached out to support with a follow question. Turns out the dev team had already prepared a custom code snippet to immediately fix my issue! Very impressed with the product and prompt support.
Great Customer Service and Awesome Product
We were using the locations plugin and any time we put in the API key for WeatherAPI it would give the site a Critical Error. I messaged them and they were quickly able to go in and check everything. WeatherAPI did not allow for city code and so we just switched to coordinates for weather. Worked as soon as we did that. So we found a workaround that worked perfect and they said there should not be a critical error either way so they will be releasing another update to fix the critical error quickly. Great job figuring things out correctly and getting it fixed!
