I bought the wrong size . XXl .. just fyi they run big .. I emailed customer service and Victoria in customers service was amazing in getting my problem resolved. They are taking care of it .. they responded right away.. . The product it self is real good and quality is good… but honestly I’m more impressed by the level of service they provide. Ordered the product after seeing great advertising. Product arrived, but fit a bit larger than expected even ordering the suggested sizing. I reached out to exchange the product for smaller size and heard back immediately. New product already being packaged and sent. Mind the sizing recommendation on their website.

I initially received a size that was too loose based on the sizing recommendation on their website. I reached out to customer support to request an exchange for a smaller size. Although it took a little time to hear back, they accommodated my request through email and replaced my item without any issues. I appreciate that they honored the exchange, and the process was smooth once they responded. Overall, I'm happy with the resolution and the customer service.

The product is amazing really

The product is amazing really, and also very comfortable that would replace the normal under shert. But more important than the product quality - wich is great - is the after slaes service. It's not one of those companies that sells once nad run. I can't thank Victoria enough for being very supportive & cooperative. I bought only the white color before and now after my experiance with this company I'll make another order that includes all the remaining colors.

I first ordered two tanks because of the 30% longer aspect. Everything g I’ve tried over the last 3 decades was always too short and wouldn’t stay tucked into my pants. I ordered true to size (L) and realized when they arrived they will be perfect for me. I’m still losing a little weight so I jumped on their $10 deal and ordered 4 mediums. They arrived quickly just like the first two. Upon wearing them for the first time, I noticed I received 3 mediums and 1 XL. I contacted their support, and Victoria was amazing to work with. After a quick email exchange, she had the correct size shipped within an hour. Can’t beat that! Also, they tossed an extra tank in for the inconvenience. Best customer service interaction I’ve ever had. I’ll likely order more because you can’t have too many. Thanks to their team!

Do not full for the free sample of testosterone pills they will change you for a membership you didn't want or agree too. I was emailed this offer took advantage of it and was charged 4 times for this membership, steering clear of this company.all these 5star are ai generated DO NOT TRUST THEM

Easy exchange

Ive purchased the incorrect size and didnt have the desired outcome i was expecting however after speaking with the customer service I was given replacement items in the correct size.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Run from those product as fast as you can! Shirt didn't fit and even of it did yhe cut is horrible for what its supposed to do! Been fighting with them for return and refund issue for days. After following ALL their steps all.ive gotten is an offer to keep the crappy shirts and get 50% refund... would give zero stars if I could! STAY AWAY!!!
