Works like it says it does. Super quick delivery. High quality product. Will be buying more. You too can have the illusion of being less fat than you actually are, no diet or exercise required. Slip this bad boy on and no one will ever know you didn’t lose 10kg. Keep fighting the good fight and keep those chins up.
Prompt Shipping and timely delivery. Extremely responsive and helpful customer support team. A pleasure to deal with them.
Forewarning: I never tried on the product - but that’s exactly why I gave 1 star. I paid for express shipping, so that I’d get my order within 2-3 days. It took them 5 business days to even respond to my messages. When I told them about the express shipping, showed the receipt, and asked for a tracking number, they didn’t respond and just closed the email chain/ticket request. When I went to request a refund, they still took 3 days to respond and just said “okay, your refund process has been initiated” - they never even shipped out the product to begin with. 0/10 customer service
I ordered 2 shaperluv Tanks, and I can't be more happier! They fit perfectly and I could instantly see the difference. Very good quality, and I'm definitely ordering more for myself and my family!
So i order shapeluv and got problem with the product but the costumer service acted too quickly, didn’t except that much excellence, Rich panel plays an mojar role in solving my problem, and provided a exchange as soon as they can.
The Shaperluv Tanks are absolutely amazing! They fit like a dream and feel incredibly comfortable. Definitely worth trying, you won't be disappointed!
Very fast response to email for an exchange.
I love these tanks ! They fit so comfortable. I’ve tried a few and these ones definitely took the win. The prices are great and customer service is amazing and helpful with any questions you have.
Accidentally ordered the wrong size. Their team was quick to respond and immediately mailed out a replacement. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you, Victoria!
The Website checkout process and customer service experience is top notch. I was notified by email when my order was shipped and received updates along the way. I even received a follow up email to ensure I am enjoying my Shaperluv purchase.
I ordered the wrong size and they promptly responded and walked me through the return/exchange process. They are responsive and the products are of good quality. Will order again.
Absolutely love the customer service! I ordered for my husband as a gift. It was the wrong size. They replied immediately and sent the correct size. Personal Communication/Customer service seems to be a thing of the past; however, Shaperluv knocked it out the park. I highly recommend
After trying the shaperluv and looking how it made me look in the mirror felt good. List some weight and putting on the shaperluv to see how far I got and can good to look and feel better.
Very great experience with product return not a single problem and they gave me free return without even returning the parcel and making sure about the service. Really appreciate you guys for being so nice with this process.
The hype is real. This product does what it is promoting to do, make you feel active again.
Great product and very comfortable material. It has great length and all day comfort, Only downside I found with being a bigger person is that I find it rides up while you are moving around which becomes quite annoying.
Satisfied, great product
Purchased a size that did not fit, contacted the support and they sent me a new size. Easy communication ,Thank you.
