Far and away the BEST customer service experience of my life! I’m not sure what I expected when I reached out to Shaperluv customer service, but WOW!!! They are the BEST & I will continue doing business with them in the future. Great product, great people!!
Shaperluv delivers great shopping experience. Their products are very comfortable and of great quality. However, you need to be careful with sizing. Great product ls overall. I was already a return customer.
I received my package pretty quick and when I realized it was the wrong size I emailed them and there was a quick response and they are exchanging it for the size I want
Great product
The product does not work as advertised.
I've tried the tanks before, and they work a treat, so I decided to order some of the t-shirts as well and can't wait to see how those go. Also, had a bit of a hiccup with shipping address, but customer service was quick to respond and have that sorted for me ASAP. Greatly appreciated,
I had an issue with sizing on an item so I reached out to Shaperluv to exchange products. They reached out immediately back had great communication throughout the process and shipped new items out to me right away at no cost to me. Will definitely recommend this product and company to anybody who is interested in buying.
I carry some extra weight around my stomach and have love handles that can make wearing certain shirts less appealing. Adding this shapewear under some of my shirts has been a lifesaver and confidence booster. It has held up after many washes so far so the quality seems great!
Good communication and timely shipping
