Had an issue with an order I had and nothing was changed. Basically they said”I can’t help you with this problem because we are revamping our cami and don’t know what is being shipped. It’s either the updated version or old one.” Told me I could keep sending back and hope that the new version with the back clasp could come in?? Even after I explained I’ve been a valued customer for years, it did nothing more than waive the $6 fee to return. Disappointed and Dissatisfied in a company I use to love!

The shape wear is a good ones, soft and it does not roll down because it has a secured hold area and it won’t inconvenience your body, the material is soft and good.

Not good bras
I have ordered three bras from this company. Pricing was all right and shipping was fairly quick. None of the products fit properly, I chose a size using their guidelines and all the products did not fit. I got the Truekind® Daily Comfort Wireless Shaper Bra and it was way too small. A year later I tried again and bought the Truekind® Supportive Comfort Wireless Shaping Bra. They look good on the website but they are horrible. The bra cups are huge but shaped in a way that are too small for my breasts. The straps are very thin and the plastic strap adjustment pieces dug into my skin. Be careful of the fine print - they also sign you up for subscription and continue to chare you a membership fee.

Have many bras from Shapermint and happy with all styles
I purchased 3 of the sweetheart camis for myself and my daughter. I ordered 2XL's but found that the 2XL was just a little too tight under the bust area for me. I contacted Shapermint to exchange one of the tops for a bigger size. They replied to me very quickly, stating that I did not have to return it, and they would send out a bigger size for me. This is really wonderful customer service, which is rare nowadays. The exchange cami fitted me very comfortably. The quality of the material and fit is excellent. I would recommend Shapermint.
Your products are very well made and quite comfortable, perhapse a range of singlets with the bra insert pads that are a bit loose so that they can be worn as casual attire would be an idea.

Variety, Price and Comfort
Good variety of product to choose from. The prices are very reasonable. The shipping was fast. The quality is very good. This is my third order. I have tried the tanks, the shape wear and the bras and have been pleased with the comfort and fit of all items.
After seeing the ladies in the reviews who seemed to be fully pleased with the strapless bras I took a chance on them, and I'm so glad I did! I love them! I've tried others in the past, and they've never worked. These hold me and stay put.

This is a horrible company
This is a horrible company! I have canceled my subscription twice (which I didn't know that it was one when ordering). They keep charging and shipping items. The automated system says i will receive confirmation and nothing. There is no one to speak with...HORRIBLE!!!
