this is a company with a great product beware of the 4.99 a month recurring charge thats almost impossible to cancel no matter how many time you contact them. very poor customer service.

I've been buying and trying different…
I've been buying and trying different bras for years and none of them ever fit right, not to mention the underwire digging into my skin so uncomfortable! So glad I chose Shapermint because I really don't know my correct size so I took a chance on large and to my surprise perfect fit. Not only comfortable all day wear, they're pushed up and perkier. So far I got 4 bras, 2 pk of the shaper camis, and the body shaperwear to wear under dresses. You cant go wrong with their products a win win for me!
Excellent Customer Service
I had inadvertently made a mistake with my order and emailed this to Shapermint. I received a response right away and the error was corrected. I was also impressed with the prompt shipment and receiving my order in just a few days. Thank you, Shapermint! I will be a future customer for sure.

I am very happy with the t-shirts and camis that I have purchased. They are comfortable for all day wear and they help me feel good about my appearance. No hang over tummy. I have started wearing them as night wear as I love feeling contained. They are very comfortable.

Absolutely love
Absolutely love, Shapermint. The only reason I give four stars is because I needed bra extenders and asked for a triple pack listed for the bra I had purchased. I wanted the three different colors. I got white when I contacted the company still not realizing that they weren’t the right size to begin with. They told me they would take care of it. The three different colors and again they sent me white when I opened it up because I finally decided to give up trying to get the black and beige. I found out that they don’t even fit the bra I had purchased, even though I had read the description. So I now have two expensive bras and six extenders that don’t work together so I can’t wear them. I will say I have ordered from Shapermint for many years and this its my first real disappointment. Great product.

This garment does not do what it should- it does not fit well and the bra part is too small for the size so I am not happy with this product

Great customer service
My initial order of two cami's had one with flaws in the material. I used WhatsApp to contact them as my email didn't seem to be noticed. Messaging was excellent though and I had a quick chat about it and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to have my issue sorted. I did need to prompt a week later, but once sorted my replacement was quickly sent and only took a couple of days. The clothing is just as described and it's a new product for me, so my initial opinion is a good one. I have yet to see how well it lasts or washes, but the material looks good and I expect to buy more in the future.
Pleased with my Shapermint
Overall I am pleased with my Shapermint shopping experience and the products I have purchased. I am pleased with the quality and how it helps enhance my look. My goal was to minimize bulge and have smooth lines, and it does this. I am still able to breathe in the products since I was well guided by the measurements guide. I would recommend the products and buy it again.

Pretty good overall. Website bit much but actual products not bad. The bras do stretch out a bit but still really good. Bit pricey for what they are though

Ordered a tank top and bra
Ordered a tank top and bra - good support but did not care for the sweetheart scoop so exchanges for the another tank top which works good supportive and comfortable. Also ordered the bra. Sizing was good and comfortable good for everyday wear very good customer service. Responsive and helpful user friendly site for ordering and to get information

Very comfortable and supportive bras. They do tend to give a bit so needing to put the band on a tighter setting after a couple of days.
