Ordered 7/17, still no package
I placed my order on 7/17. First, I had to wait for the product to be in stock. The website did not say this. If it had i would not have ordered it. Finally, it said shipped on 7/26. With priority delivery (4 day) i should have had it by 7/31 the latest. But for some unseen reason it sat in NJ for a week at the shipping facility. Then 8/5 it popped up that it was out for delivery at 9:38am. Here I am 8/6 and still no package. The tracking says there was an issue. This has been a terrible experience overall. I have never had such issues with placing an online order. I ordered these items on 7/17 for a trip i am taking 8/7. Obviously they will not arrive on time. I was offered a store credit or for them to resend. I will not go through this again and want a refund. I am not looking forward to that process. But I am determined to get my money back and spread the word about my experience.

This was my first order of a Jelly Bra. I really liked it, but needed to size up from my usual Shapermint size. The exchange experience was the best! Within a few minutes of dropping the return off at the shipper I received a ship notice for the replacement. That arrived quickly also. I really appreciate the great customer service!
I have been wearing Shapermint bras for years
I have been wearing Shapermint bras for years. They are so comfortable. This year I noticed the addition of strap adjustment clips which is a good idea. I also like that they are adequately lined to avoid nipple overexposure. The delivery was very quick which I appreciated. It is fantastic when I get a sale.!

Finally, my bra journey is over.
I have been looking for a bra that doesn’t make me feel like I’m wearing a tourniquet. I hate having any tight on my body. After many bra failure purchases I decided to try Shapermint’s 3-1 cami. Yeah! The bra fits and keeps the girls where they’re suppose to be, no uniboob. The body of the cami isn’t tight and feels good on. I immediately order 2 more. I’m happy to have a bra I can confidently wear and be in comfort.

Admittedly, I was skeptical when I first signed onto shaper mint. I have been using one of your competitors for years and was comfortable in them, but they stopped making my bra. So I had to find something else and you came to my rescue! I have to say your strapless/convertible is one of the most comfortable bras I have ever worn. I love it. It’s easy being in. It’s perfect under any summer clothing and I will never change. Please keep making it! Thank you also for making sizes for the bigger girls. I really think the fabrics are great and the customer service has been awesome.

Good service. Once you find your item size colour etc it’s all easy going. Once bras arrived. Tried on and once again realised just how comfy they are. Chose one with wider straps and deeper band , so comfy. After a short while kind of forget you are wearing it. Thank you.

I started with one product which I loved, it was the sweet heart cami, then I thought I would try the sweat heart bras. I love the fit! Now I have many of the Shapermint products at least enough for now and then maybe not. They are silky fabric and I’m not fussing with it on. Do I recommend it YES. I’ve had no problems with them yet. I do wish the shipping was so high but I still paid it.

Excellent products
I have been using Shapermint products for years through many different sizes. I have tried different brands and have never found any as comfortable or easy to use as the Shapermint products. They are excellent right out of the package and keep their elasticity through many many washings. Thank you Shapermint.

All of my recent purchases came fast and fit perfectly! I used the sizing chart on the website and it was spot on (which i have not found to be true with other vendors). The bras as so comfortable and I will wear the body suit the next time I am getting all dressed up for an occasion to keep things tight. 😉

This is a strapless bra made for the big girlies! It holds my girls up high and proud and does NOT budge. I even had to size down from their chart to make it tighter. 10/10 have bought 2 will highly recommend and will be buying more for the summer! THIS is the strapless bra you've been looking for!
