You have a great product, but it is difficult to talk to a live representative.
Bras fit different sizes but many woman are short waisted and sides of bras cut into underarms.

Comfortable material, good fit and pretty true to life and advertised fit. I like the different styles available for though the Daily Wear was not for me, return was very easy.

Shapermint fits good on me, I like it the materials, the size is true .
The delivery was on time. But the ordering I don’t like because I ordered my size but they sent me different size that’s why I need to return it back and exchanged which is hassle for me.

Everything was amazing and much more than i accepted products so comfy and very good quality easy to order and fast delivery, very recommended and i will order from your company again and again
I didn't like the order website, it's not easy to use. The shipping updates are not easy to follow. The sizing of the strapless bra isn't really accurate. I really should have a larger size as it cuts into my chest wall. The bra I received is actually to big for my size, it buckles at the sides. So basically I paid a lot of money for two bras that don't fit- AGAIN! These bras are easy for me because I have a nerve condition that makes fabric feel horrid and doing up bras hard. So, yes I'm disappointed and just more depressed.

Shapermint site is easy to use, there is plenty to choose from and the price is always reasonable.
I love their bras, they are extremely comfortable, you can wear them all day and they are ultra supportive too. Ordering was very easy and my items were delivered quickly. What more can you ask for?

I was sent the wrong colour for the shaper shorts and I sent an email yesterday requesting you to send the black ones size medium as that is what I ordered and I didnt get a response.
