Amazing products
The delivery was super fast, quality of the product is excellent, I will advise that if in doubt size up because I received my order yesterday and need to return the leggings for a size up. The cami is AMAZING super smooth, feels like butter. I will update on how easy this return is.

I disliked the checkout experience
I disliked the checkout experience. Confusing and misleading. I wanted only 1 scoop neck cami. I ‘bought’ an extra package which I didn’t want. The issue was resolved quickly, though, and my money was refunded.

30+ emails to try and get a refund
Ordered bra’s in Oct/25. Didn’t fit and looked awful. After offering more product they refunded. Received more bra’s in Jan/25 from a hidden auto-renewal. Pretty shady way to get business. 30+ emails to resolve issue. Offered more product. Like why when I had already sent things back? Finally refunded in 3 payments in Feb/26. Super frustrating, don’t waste your time, OR at least check VERY carefully for hidden costs and auto-renewal. To their credit, they DID refund me eventually, in the Anne told me just to keep the product that they had sent by auto renewal. They went in my donation box.

Product was advertised in Canadian currency but the Canadian price was ex changed to American currency when billed resulting in the product actually costing over 37% more than the advertised price.

Twice wrong prodvt
Twice. I have received the wrong product. Also, I find the sizing in your bra cups to be much too large. Seems that you are catering to large breasted women.

Your site should clearly state when…Currency changed to US dollars
Your site should clearly state when ordering, that funds will be converted to US dollars. Yes, it’s in the fine print to cya, but the way it’s done currently comes across sneaky to the consumer. I’ll never buy from your site again.
