I love the wireless gel everyday bra. The fit is great and so comfortable. The material is supper soft as well. For someone that is hard to fit this is a win in my book.

Great choice of colors, only one discount can be applied

The selection of colours and choice of products was plenty without being overwhelming. Although it was clear that only one discount can be applied per order, it wasn’t clear that the free shipping offered counted as a specific discount so it doesn’t apply if there is also a discount code put in (whatever is the bigger discount applies). Customer service were great explaining this after ordering though.

Use the app, not a social media ad

I have 3 camis and 2 bras from Shapermint that I ordered a couple of years ago. I wear them every day, especially the camis for at home wear. I like the look of the new camis with the built in bra. Started my order from a Facebook ad, but it kept sending pop ups so I switched to the app and placed my order for 2 camis. Without being able to review the order (I looked at it on the app, it looked fine. 2 camis. ). Suddenly it added in the Facebook order and I am getting 6 camis. I tried to contact them but the AI was useless and I couldn’t get past it, my account said I had to set up a new password but the links were not working. No phone number to call. In frustration i wrote a comment on the Facebook ad page. I gave up. A couple of hours later THEY CALLED ME and we got the whole thing straightened out, I have had very good service and assistance from Shapermint and I love the products they sell. I am looking forward to trying the new camis. I would like to see them make contacting them easier. A phone number would be great. At least an email address. I am not very good with computers and when things go wrong I struggle to fix it. (I am 75). Also, there should be a step where you can review what you are being charged before the order goes through. And don’t use the social media ad, use their app

Great bras and shape wear. However seems the are always running short on the strapless bras that I attempt to order. Do hate that the website keeps attempting to upsell you rather than a simple checkout. It is annoying!

This is NOT my first time buying or purchasing this items or products, I did way in the past purchase few items also and I wasn’t dissatisfied, quality is on point that’s my opinion also how comfortable everything that I purchased so far.. great quality, fast delivery, great packaging.

Love the Bras

Love the Bras, fit well and so comfortable. Took a long time for delivery. Initial delivery company would not deliver as out of their region, Canada Post sent the package to the wrong city.

Great product, same size, different fit

Great product, bought 2 same size, medium. The black one is Perfect, the one oatmeal color does not fit the same, feel/look bigger. Is there a way I can exchange this one? Product: Truekind convertible strapless bandeau (one black, one oatmeal color)

I tried to select the button to print my own label and got nowhere. I attempted to use your website’s chat and could not get past your AI Slop. I called the customer “service” number. The voice message directs me to your useless return/exchange website! Why do you think people are calling??? Because we tried the website and got nowhere! No humans, useless website and unresponsive customer service. I will never purchase a Shapermint product again and I will warn all my friends of your nonexistent customer “service.” ORDER NUMBER SM-13663250-TR $47.47 (recpt enclosed) ORDER NUMBER SM-13724709-TR $94.94 (ONE recpt enclosed) SENT TWICE! ORDERED ONCE Please refund $142.41 to my Paypal account. I RECEIVED A REPLY FROM SHAPERMINT, ASK I DM THEM, WHERE??????

Doesn't work 😕

While it feels good, there is just NO WAY it shapes my rolls. Another let down.

I accidentally ordered bras in the wrong size. You very graciously exchanged them for the correct size at no cost to me. Now that’s great customer service!!

Exceptional Quality

This was my first time purchasing shapermint under garments, and I must say they are so comfortable. I purchased the Everyday Comfort Straps Wireless Shaping Bra love it as my every day bra. I also purchased Essentials Sweetheart Built in bra cami. Loved them so much i purchase the strapless bra, and bike shorts. The products are 100% great quality worth the cost. Shaopermint are my only bra's in my dresser these days. I got rid of the old under wire ones that dug into my arm pits! I am a Shapermint forever customer from this day forward. I have recommended to friends and family

No Customer Service

Got the delivery notification, no package. Waited until the next day, still nothing. Their “customer service “ is all automated and just keeps sending me the same delivery notice. Now I’m out the cost of what I paid.
