I love the bandeau bras I bought. Are exactly as described. Stay up, no slipping. Delivery was quick. When I had a problem with stitching on one of them a replacement was rapidly sent and it was perfect. I have bought other items in the past and they have all lived up to my expectation.

The order was filled expeditiously but stalled during the shipping process. The company is disingenuous with the credit dollars. The credits are not stored and available during shopping unless order is placed with individual emails. Received 3 emails stating I had $10, $11, and $25 credits respectively. Only$5.00 appeared on account when I placed the order. I am pleased with the texture of the materials used in the products. I am also pleased the product stays in place and does not roll down.

Love the Tanks and camis so much that I bought more! I am an older lady and well endowed. Started with the bras; however, did not like the fit. Padding in cups bunch up. I always wonder why the larger sizes have padding at all! Certainly are not needed. Also, wish they had no hooks, etc., and could just pull over my head. I took the padding out and it's much better. Back to tanks and camis. If I had tried them first, I would just get those. They feel great and fit even better. Support well and do not roll up! The company is wonderful. I wanted to return the bras and also exchange two camis for tanks. Easy to do. Company did the exchange and told me to keep the original shipment. They are sending my two tanks - no charge, no hassle. Also told me to keep the bras and donate them.

Insanely long shipping (I am talking months). Good communication when requesting a refund. The product is reasonable. HOWEVER, I discovered months later that they automatically enrol you in recurring shipments. Luckily, I saw the subscription activated in my PayPal account and was able to cancel it from there.

I love this company. Shipping is fairly quick and always packaged well. All the items are good quality and wear well through many washings. Comfortable to wear all day while in the office or working washing. Recommend giving this brand a try if you are looking for bras or shapewear.

Had a problem with a lost order, contacted customer service who assisted me right away and reordered items received fast. The cami’s are wonderful but the shorts and leggings find made a little on the small size

I love almost all of the products I purchased so far. I was impressed by the quality and fit of the products as well. I had to return some items but was refunded quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. Unfortunately it took a while to get products that I needed to exchange. Perhaps due to the weather. Overall a great experience with Shapermint so far. I highly recommend them!

The pricing and checkout process is very deceptive and confusing. You have to go through about 6 screens of deceptive sales promotions before you can finally send the order. The result was I ordered 3 bras instead of 1. The post checkout process indicated the additional bras were free. They were not. Getting the ordered cancelled was an ordeal.

I am SO happily surprised that the items I ordered actually live up to the hype. I have ordered a ton of wire free bras over the past year and this is the first one that gives me the lift and support it promised. The biggest surprise is the contoured wireless cami. I ordered one in black and white and absolutely LOVE them.
