Custom sheet came with a corner priced cracked that fell off. Probably 4ish cm triangle cracked off when I opened package. Probably shippers fault but still unfortunate.

Placed an order for 4 items, two large pieces that measured 50+ inches height & width and 2 smaller pieces measuring 15"× 15" costing me almost $400. The 2 smaller pieces came undamaged while the 2 larger pieces both came damaged both cracked.

Initially the response time on an order was delayed due to the business being really busy. Ricario responded instantly when I called apologised and got my order of a 52" x16" x 1" acrylic, cut and shipped the very next day. The sheet was professionally packed and arrived safely and quickly. Ricario was very friendly and accomodating for my order and kept all his promises. I first ordered 2 pieces of 5"x12"x.25 black acrylic with .25 radius corners. I got 5 1/16"x12 3/16"x.25 with 7/16 radius corners. I called and asked if they would replace them. I asked for 4 15/16"x12"x.25 with square corners. I got 4 7/8"x12 1/16"x.25". First, the piece were both too wide and the corners were unusable in already routed recesses. Now, they're a bit too narrow. I don't know how these guys measure and cut, but don't plan on getting the exact measurements you wanted.
