Good product and shipped promptly. One piece was damaged, but fortunately, we had to cut it down anyway, so no harm, no fowl. Otherwise a very good experience. Note that they also corrected my shipping address for me prior to shipping the items, as Shopify had auto-corrected to an old address on file. So a big THANK YOU to their team for being on point!

The customer service representative was excellent. You can actually speak to a human being who understands your questions and has answers. No AI robots. No inefficiency. Very refreshing! The shelves appear to be good quality except that the polished edges I paid extra for are not noticeably different from any of the other edges. They still seem a little rough.

Product was as ordered. However. Packaging for shipping was absolute garbage. No padding or foam at all anywhere to protect my plexiglass sheet so I have a few spots where chunks were chipped off the edge and a corner is busted up to hell.

The communication and ease of ordering were very good and I like the product. I was disappointed in the finish on the edge of the plexiglass. It was rough and had tiny chips across the edges. I had expected a smoother finish.

The whole experience with Shapes Plastics was great. I reviewed my options online and ultimately ordered during a phone call with a customer service rep. I'm giving you a 5 because I got what I wanted and for that you deserve a 5. But I would give you less based on information on your webiste. I contacted you twice about tolerances because the 1/8" tolerance isn't stated on the product page or the custom order page, I only found it at the bottom of the home page after I was told that the 1/8" tolerance was in fact stated. On the product page it states CNC cutting is "exact" with no reference to any 1/8" tolerance. So, again, what I got was correct but your website and custom order form need to clearly and correctly state tolerance in more logical places than just at the bottom of the homepage. There are emails between me and customer service regarding this if you care to look.
