Just what I needed for my greenhouse…

Just what I needed for my greenhouse panels.

Custom made and affordableaffordable

I had my acrlic panel cut to order for a table top for a gaming desk.It was perfect and I liked the website gave me the option to have holes drilled. I hafd looked at other websites and a custom order ended up being way more expensive that what my budget allowed. I would have to compromise my order on the thickness of the panel. This company was the most affordable.

I should rate you lower but...

I should, honestly, rate you guys lower for making a mistake. But said mistake was in my favor so I rated you highly. I ordered 3 sheets of 18 x 24 clear polycarbonate and you sent me three sheets of 24 x 24. I'm not sure what I'll do with the other sheets, but I have them for other uses as well.

Two weeks still haven’t received yet

Two weeks still haven’t received yet Now saying Friday 7/3/26

This order was painful !

This order was painful !! I ordered a custom cut sheet of plastic, It took well over a month to complete !. No notification was mentioned about the leadtime ahead of ordering, and there was NO communiction during the production. I had to reach out to them repeatedly, and replied took very long. Also, when i asked about the status, they claimed they were delayed due to the Memorial holiday and my order was shipping out the following week. 2 weeks passed and nothing. Had to reach out again, only to hear that it was almost another week to ship. Ridiculous ! Order finally received in good shape and dims were fine, but i missed my timeline for my project. I will NEVER order from here again.

Very happy with the custom table top

Rico was very helpful in answering my questions pre-order. My custom project was completed quickly and accurately. The fedex delivery was fast and product arrived undamaged. My suggestion would be to offer less expensive shipping options. The fedex fees were nearly as much as the product itself.

You were awesome. My order was filled in a timely manner. The measurements were perfect. Thank you!

A few hick ups, but cust-serv to resolve issue

Liked that the edges were smoothed and rounded as requested, however when product was received the surface was scratched pretty bad on the side that had no protective film on it. Shapes Plastics team called me after my initial review and will be sending me a replacement - they value their customers, which is great! I have revised my first rating of 3 (due to the scratched product) to a 5; being on how they handled the situation with an upcoming replacement.

A good experience.....

Nice that you offer the option to cut custom sizes of acrylic sheeting. Ordering was painless and delivery within a reasonable time. The careful packaging protected the goods. Thanks.
