I'm deeply moved by the performance, it was such an incredible experience that I think I would never forget. Thank you Shen Yun for this beautiful experience
WatcA Phenomenal Masterpiece – I Want to See It Again!hing the Shen Yun performance was…
Watching the Shen Yun performance was an absolutely incredible experience. I completely fell in love with the classical Chinese dances, which were brilliantly executed alongside vibrant live music and breathtaking backdrops. Not only that, but the profound and meaningful messages in each piece left me in sheer admiration. I definitely want to see it many more times!
I am grateful for the invaluable cultural values that Shen Yun brings.
I was surprised and impressed by the artists' dedication and the perfect combination of backdrop, actors, and music—everything was wonderful. The performance recreated life when gods and humans coexisted, and people lived ethically and virtuously. prompting us to reflect on our own current lives.

weird connents with some politic agendas a waste of time and money btw its sooo expensive
So boring.Ridiculous.
They market the Shen Yun performance as…
They market the Shen Yun performance as a dance show, but halfway through, it suddenly veers into their bizarre religious ideology, and things get incredibly creepy. On top of that, they engage in some highly questionable behavior. Everyone should steer clear—I honestly don't think it's worth the price of admission.
The Shen Yun performance features very…
The Shen Yun performance features very little actual dance; the vast majority of the program consists of Falun Gong propaganda and disparagement of the Chinese government. Furthermore, the overall artistic quality of the show does not live up to the hype. The tickets are exorbitantly expensive, yet what one ends up watching is propaganda content that bears little relevance to the performance itself—making it a thoroughly poor value.

Shen Yun “uses entertainment as a guise to engage in propaganda.” The violent and political content promoted in Shen Yun performances is deeply offensive; in my view, such performances are unsuitable for children. Given the choice, I would much rather watch a circus performance than Shen Yun.
Shen Yun: A Grifty, Neon Nightmare
This isn't a cultural masterpiece; it’s a high-priced cult recruitment film live on stage. The dancing is technically proficient but robotic and repetitive, lost in a sea of dated, garish CGI that feels like a budget video game. The show quickly devolves from "tradition" into aggressive religious propaganda and jarring political melodrama. Even worse are the persistent shadows behind the curtain: disturbing allegations of child exploitation, abusive training, and shady financial laundering under the guise of a non-profit. The Bottom Line: A monotonous, preachy spectacle that exploits its performers and its audience. Don't fund the grift.
an unfriendly art performance!
Objectively speaking, although this performance has some commendable aspects in terms of visual presentation, such as the careful selection of costumes and stage settings, there are still some points that make me uncomfortable. I feel that it is not worth the price. The religious-related expressions it involves are somewhat biased and fail to convey a positive spiritual connotation. I have seen scandals such as child abuse and money laundering, and there is also a vague tendency of political infiltration, which deviates from the purity of artistic creation. This will mislead the audience's values. Moreover, both in terms of the program format and content, there are obvious repetitions, and no artistic innovation can be seen. During the viewing and performance process, I easily experience some aesthetic fatigue.
Shen Yun:A Preachy, Repetitive Grift
Shen Yun: A Preachy, Repetitive Grift Forget the "cultural revival"—this is a sectarian infomercial disguised as dance. The choreography is mind-numbingly repetitive, cycling through the same basic formations and neon CGI backdrops until the "beauty" becomes a bore. Political Puppet Show: The artistry is hijacked by heavy-handed religious propaganda and jarring political vignettes that feel more like a fever dream than a theater production. A Dark Undercurrent: Beyond the stage, the organization is haunted by credible allegations of child exploitation, forced labor of young performers, and shady financial laundering schemes. The Verdict: You’re paying top dollar to be preached at by a cult. It’s a shallow, monotonous spectacle built on a foundation of scandal and misinformation. Avoid.
VIEW BLOCKED CONSISTANTLY
I am requesting a full refund for my ticket. I cannot overstate my anger and disappointment. I waited a year to see this show, only to spend the entire first half unable to see the stage because ushers continued seating late arrivals who stood in the aisles and talked throughout the performance. My view was blocked the entire time. Only at intermission was the audience finally seated. This is an unacceptable failure in crowd management and a complete disregard for those of us who arrived on time and paid for the full experience. The distraction was constant and overwhelming. I expect a refund.
Sekten- Akquise
Schreiben I attended Shen Yun expecting a cultural performance focused on traditional Chinese dance, music, and art. Visually, the show was impressive — the costumes, choreography, and stage production were highly professional and beautifully presented. However, I was very disturbed by the strong religious and ideological messages included throughout the performance. What shocked me most was a scene in which atheists and the theory of evolution were essentially associated with “Satan.” This message was sung by the tenor and simultaneously displayed in German subtitles on the screen. For me, this went far beyond a neutral cultural performance. I believe audiences should be informed more transparently beforehand that the show is closely connected to Falun Gong ideology and includes religious and political messaging. While the artistic quality was undeniable, the ideological content made the experience deeply uncomfortable for me.
It is a very beautiful performance
It is a very beautiful performance, uplifting and inspiring people, such a great show for us in this chaos current world. Thanks God bless everyone.
The dancing techniques
The dancing techniques, the tales, the 3D effect, the voice of the singer...all were perfect.
The ads make it look like just a dance…
The ads make it look like just a dance show, but there's a huge focus on political and religious messages that caught me off guard.
Too long
By far, this is the worst show I’ve ever watched. It was way too long and kept repeating the same thing over and over.
The performance was breathtaking.
