My exceptional experience with Nafeez and Sherpa Prep
I began working with Nafeez in May of 2022 starting with the GMAT prep course. Unfortunately, I did not take the personal dedication that I needed to get the score that I wanted after the course; Nafeez, reached out to figure out where I was, where I wanted to be, and how to take the next steps. I was able to use the free-enroll (take the same class over again FOR FREE), and I really worked to put the hours in. Nafeez really showed his personal investment in me during this time, and he understood the impediments from my personal/professional life as well. Toward the end of the course, we decided that R2 submissions were the target goal. I took the consulting seminar to figure out where I was and what I needed to do to build a strong application. Afterward, I worked directly with Nafeez on digging out a strong narrative of my story; to my surprise, he was also well-acquainted with individuals from military backgrounds, which really helped make it easy for me to explain my experience to help bring out the best of my writing for my story and my why. I retook the test and it was better, but not necessarily very competitive for T20 schools. He told me that we would submit regardless, so I took a leap of faith. I was not confident in my scores or my GPA, but I was confident in my essays. I took a moment to recognize that Nafeez has been doing this for two decades. If I was going to trust anyone, it was him. Weeks later, interviews started to come in. Nafeez sent me some video links to help me prepare, but there's not much more to it than practicing yourself and getting to know your school well. Yesterday, I was offered admission to Fuqua with a significant scholarship. When the ADCOM informed me in the early morning, she took the time to tell me about how much she enjoyed reading about my story and that it made her emotional to read. That moment was the fruition of the work that Nafeez helped me through over the past 10 months. I know for a fact that if I had done that alone, I would not be here. I am so grateful for being able to work with Nafeez and his team at Sherpa Prep. I cannot recommend any other resource that is more centered on a personal investment in you toward achieving your goals than Nafeez and his team.
Amazing experience, I had been studying for the GMAT unsuccessfully for over 8 months. Within my first few weeks with Sherpa, everything changed for the better. The content provided and study process taught is phenomenal. The team truly cares about your success. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend this program to anyone preparing for the GMAT. The course content and individualized attention are unmatched by any test prep service at a fraction of the price. Nafeez and his team are the real deal. The perfect combination of technical expertise, motivation, and encouragement.
I must say I had my doubts but my visa came in less then a hour my boyfriend’s visa took longer about 8-10 hours but it was quick and I applied on a Sunday, thank you so much for this service.
Working with Nafeez and Sherpa Prep was invaluable for my GMAT progression. Nafeez takes the GMAT, breaks it into easily understandable sections, and provides insights and strategies you can't find anywhere else. This is the best way to prep for the GMAT, hands down.
Sherpa Prep is by far the best GMAT prep service out there. Nafeez and his team are absolute legends, they really take an interest in each student's success, and will help you across the finish line regardless of how much you're struggling. You can take the class a 2nd time free of charge, continue to attend office hours after your class ends, and offer 1-1 tutoring for a fraction of the cost of competitors. They truly embody the non-profit ideology and I can't say enough about Nafeez for everything he does to see others succeed.
Outstanding experience! The instructor takes a genuine effort to ensure each student is understood and heard. Highly recommend as a very structured course yet doesn't feel cookie cutter.
Highly recommend Sherpa Prep for GMAT prep. Sherpa Prep provides the structure and information necessary to take on the GMAT process. Sherpa Prep was recommended to me by fellow co-workers and I am glad I decided to commit to the prep course rather than embarking on a self-study plan. Nafeez
Insight into the course:
This course is divided into two phases. Phase one involves classes and hw assignments. Phase two involves a structured self-study program guided by your instructor. Office hours are also provided on a weekly basis. In addition to the GMAT prep course, sherpa also provides MBA admissions services. Sherpa is the total package.
Sherpa Prep is an amazing test prep program that I recommend to all. I took the GMAT test prep program with them and they are not only cheaper but significantly better than all the other programs in the market. The instructor never once read from the book and was extremely thoughtful in his instruction. The instructor even met with every person in the class one on one every 4 weeks! Overall, an amazing program I recommend to all.
Nafeez and the rest of the team are committed to making one's time at Sherpa valuable. I was in awe at how organized they were with the whole process from beginning to end. What makes matters even better, is that Nafeez lets you take the whole GMAT/GRE course for free. I cannot recommend Sherpa enough. They are all first-class humans committed to their students in the present and in the future.
I found Sherpa Prep online and I'm only mad that I didn't find them sooner! I worked with Nafeez on essay strategy and interview prep and I'm grateful for my experience! Nafeez was able to uncover gaps in my knowledge and understanding of what a MBA school would want, and to also be myself. I thought I had to appear in a certain manner to MBA schools, but Nafeez showed me that I can truly be my authentic self and get into a top MBA school!
When I decided I was interested in pursuing my MBA I was totally overwhelmed by the thought of studying for the GMAT. Sherpa Prep breaks down the process and makes a great score feel attainable. Nafeez is truly invested in your process and never gives one-size-fits-all answers. I'm so happy I found Sherpa and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for test prep or admissions support.
Simply the best. Unparalleled support, guidance, and teaching methods when it comes to GMAT preparation. I was told by one of my friends that this was the greatest test prep course you can take, and he did not mince his words.
Sherpa Prep is better than the rest! (Trust me I’ve tried the others!)
Nafeez and the team at Sherpa Prep are THE experts for GMAT test prep. I have been on the GMAT journey since 2018, when I took my first prep class with Manhattan Prep (by Kaplan). It was not until I found Nafeez and the Sherpa Prep team that I was able to improve my score from my initial score of 590 to >700.
The Sherpa Prep team goes above and beyond what I’ve seen other test prep companies provide. Offering free weekly office hours with an instructor (where at times it is only you and that instructor 1:1) to having monthly check-ins with Nafeez or another instructor until you’ve captured your target score. The process that Sherpa Prep uses demystifies the both the MBA application and the GMAT. Each member of the team is patient, kind, and generous with their time. I am forever grateful for Nafeez and his team in helping me reach my target score and could not recommend them enough!
Sherpa prep is by far the best choice for GMAT prep. The individual attention and classroom experience are unmatched. Once you complete the official course, the staff is still deliberate in helping you meet the GMAT/GRE standard that you want.
I recently finished my GMAT course with Sherpa Prep. I only have positive things to say about the experience, and I was really impressed with the level of instruction throughout the course. My instructor, Nafeez, was amazing. He took the time to learn about each student, and it is evident that he is invested in each person's success. From the test-taking techniques to the robust strategy guides, Sherpa Prep equips students with all the right tools to succeed. While I still have a long road ahead on the GMAT journey, I am confident that Sherpa will be with me each step of the way.
Sherpa is honestly the best way to go when it comes to GMAT prep. There is too much content to consume if you try to study on your own and I can promise other instructors do not compare. Nafeez is passionate about teaching his students GMAT tricks. He has methods for breaking down solutions to every question type. The benefit to taking his class is that he takes overwhelming subject matter and chops it up into small, manageable bites. Also, his class goes beyond the GMAT and starts to train you how to think like a business student.
AND if life gets in the way of your studying, Sherpa offers 1 free re-take of the class. I would highly recommend this to anyone taking the GMAT.
Sherpa Prep has been a life saver as I prepare for the GMAT! The instructors are incredibly helpful, clear, and descriptive. The opportunity you have to ask questions given their small class size is unmatched. The curriculum is set up to make sure you're not wasting your time on studying the wrong things and focuses entirely on all of the shortcuts and tools you need to take the test for what it is. Their level of care for each student is really unprecedented.
Sherpa Prep and Nafeez have the answer to any question you can think of whether it's about the GMAT, MBA process, or life in general! The course I took at Sherpa Prep made me feel empowered to tackle the GMAT and think more creatively on how I approach GMAT questions.
