Lack of tracking information.
Once I place the order there was really no way I could figure out where the package was or when it was going to arrive. I'm lucky I have a FedEx driver that actually brings things into my apartment for me given that I'm in a wheelchair. But the package did arrive in a relatively timely fashion, and was well enough packed that everything was intact.
In your advertisement you say nothing about bible-based chronology
In your advertisement you say nothing about how one side of the pull out timechart is based on the bible. For non-believers and those of other faiths it makes the accuracy of the whole thing questionable. If you believe in what you have placed on that side then you should also believe in portraying honestly everything that the time chart contains

Poor delivery packaging
Loved the map and time lines but the packaging was flimsy so bent the outer case and creased when I received it in the mail. A more firm package to transport it would have been nice to prevent dog ears- need better delivery service

Very disappointed with the Christmas tree book hangings which are such poor quality and not at all like what was shown on the ad. Please do not buy. I have contacted them several times to return the item and get a refund but no reply. They are offering me $19 when I paid $63 despite me offering to post them back.

My order was never delivered to me even though they said it was. I went to post office and it wasn’t there tracking number even though the company said post office delivered. Very sketchy to me. Even PayPal sided with them. Never will I order again
