Lack of tracking information.
Once I place the order there was really no way I could figure out where the package was or when it was going to arrive. I'm lucky I have a FedEx driver that actually brings things into my apartment for me given that I'm in a wheelchair. But the package did arrive in a relatively timely fashion, and was well enough packed that everything was intact.
