For my Cat Comforter I received and for the cat blanket but have not received two pillow cases for some reason. I very hurts by that since I have paid for everything. You had said it was all shipped but have not received it.

The wallet was delivered first with a broken zipper, no tags on it. The quality is a 1 out of 5, cannot be leather, looks like vinyl, smelled like cheap perfume, looked used or returned. I have seen better quality at Dollar Gerneral and Walmart for better prices. The matching medium sized bag has not been delivered (why weren't they mailed together, the wallet would have fit inside the bag)? Overall, I am very disappointed and would like a full refund. These items look cheap. You asked for honesty and I would not recommend anyone wasting their money, time, on this product. I received all these "quality" checks during the process, yet received a wallet with a broken zipper.

I bought a purse online which is always a risk. My own fault I ordered the wrong size. Way to big for my taste. I mentioned that I wasn't happy and they sent me the right size purse, no extra charge except for $9 shipping. I thought that was incredible. I 've never had a company treat me so well! They beat even Amazon for customer seervice.

There was one other tumbler I wanted with my 40% discount offered, and was told there was a “glitch” with it and it couldn’t be added to my cart. I still can’t add it and don’t have my 40% discount anymore.

Quality of the product is very poor, not at all what I expected to get, purse looks like a cheap vinyl with screen printing, for the price it was an absolute rip off and I would caution anybody to not purchase products from you
