The rug was beautiful, but did not work for the space. I had a wonderful experience working with Saul (lead Customer Service). I would absolutely work with Nordic Knots again. I honestly can't believe this level of customer service exists.
I am very pleased with my curtain order. I was able to get a consultation appointment quickly, and Emma was very friendly and answered all my questions professionally. My order arrived exactly as announced. The curtains were carefully pressed and neatly folded in sturdy packaging. The workmanship and sewing were excellent, and hanging the curtains was a breeze. They fell evenly and beautifully straight away, without even needing to be steamed. Now I’m curious to see whether they will keep their shape just as well after washing or dry cleaning. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase and the overall service!
I ordered something that was running out of stock and immediately emailed them to hold it off because I’m on vacation. This happened at night. In the morning, I was told that they can’t because the items is already shipped. 3 heavy rugs, immediately shipped? And there is no tracking link they can provide to prove it. Sounds like lies and bad customer service to me from a company with such expensive products.

I have been a true fan of these Nordic Knot rugs for years. Once again, they did not disappoint!!! Great service, extremely competitive prices with excellent products. The rugs are simply high quality beautiful rugs. Additionally, the rugs I have purchased in the past have worn beautifully beyond my expectations… they were in high traffic areas for 6-7 years and maintained a very nice condition. My experience with Nordic Knots was five star. Customer Service supported me throughout the purchasing process, as I ended up choosing a custom size rug. I had to order multiple samples before my purchase which arrived in a timely fashion. The rug arrived earlier than expected. Most importantly, the rug is beautiful. It is a bit unnerving ordering a rug online, but my custom 14 by 15 Park rug is perfect

I am so happy with the two made-to-measure rugs I ordered, they are everything I hoped they would be. The ordering process was seamless and the team were very responsive to any queries I had. I was aware that there would be a fairly lengthy wait (it was around 6 months, made longer as I live in NI), but they were well worth the wait when you look at the quality and work involved in making them. At the time of placing my order I forgot to order the rug pads, but as they were not made to measure they came very quickly. I had a wonderful experience with Nordic Knots and would definitely recommend them.
