Each panel was individually wrapped, which is the first time I have seen drapery shipped - I greatly appreciated the care and attention to detail. We looked at several options but these were just the best option again and again. The cost is an investment but it was not much different than the other options we considered. They are the perfect weight and color and in design, it is all in the details. Quick shipping, smooth purchasing. Highly recommended!

I loved the fact that I could get a custom size and the color choices. There was zero communication after I ordered on when the rug will be delivered. The delivery team was great. The rug was super heavy bc of the size. The color is great. After a month I must say that I am not happy with the quality for the steep price.

The rug is beautiful but the quality is not as expected. The edge of my rug started to fray after one week. I followed the vacuum instructions and still had the issue. I’ve reached out to the support email with no response. It’s very disappointing as I waited a while to get this rug due to the cost and expected better quality and customer service.

Poor quality. I bought a signature jute rug for 1.3k. Within a few weeks it started falling apart. Got a replacement rug which is now doing the same additionally I found lots of wooden residue woven within the rug. Can’t recommend buying at this price

Overall a beautiful carpet. But the quality was not as expected. It was shorter than ordered and the finish at the edge poorly. If known I would not have ordered.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the rug and the delivery. I'm a little disappointed that the color of my rug is more green than gold, despite its name, "Leo."
I even turned up the corner because I thought they'd shipped the wrong rug. Perhaps a more descriptive name would help. "Leo" strongly implies lion-colored. My rug is closer to olive.
It's a lovely rug - no regrets. But next time I'll order a swatch.
