beautiful but below expectations
Update; The company has contacted me after leaving this review. They offered to exchange or discount the rug. I have updated my review from 3 to 4 stars. The rug is beautiful but the quality is not as expected. The edge of my rug started to fray after one week. I followed the vacuum instructions and still had the issue. I’ve reached out to the support email with no response. It’s very disappointing as I waited a while to get this rug due to the cost and expected better quality and customer service.
