Ordered on 5th April tracked across USA once arrived in UK supposedly no more updates !!!Also had a Royal Mail tracking email.Emailed company no response.Despicable scam

Ordered an item and 4 weeks later I am still waiting. Tracked across America with arrival in the UK and then nothing. No response from the company. Please review this company and beware

Would give this a 0 but no option. Total scam. Pretends to operate shipping through 24hservice.vip which is also a total scam. Unfortunately when I fell for their deceptive ad on Facebook which made it seem like the item was a personal recommendation there was loads of similar ads which may be the same scammers under different “company ” names. They also have a website which should be removed. I have notified PayPal who are looking into it.
