They have good customer service
They have good customer service. The veneers aren't perfect but better than I expected. I would recommend them as an alternative to very expensive implants. The only negative is that you can't eat food with them on.
Great support
I had multiple issues with my impressions and had to re-submit a couple times. ShineySmile provided excellent support through the process, and the Facetime session with a real human was a big help. They even upgraded me to expedited processing.

Making impressions
I have been wearing a similar product (Snap On Smile) for many years. That company went out of business and I usually replace my veneers every two years. I read about Shinysmileveneers and decided to go with them. Because I wanted to get a good fit, I went to my dentist and had him to make the impressions. He actually did not like the look of one of them and redid it in the office to ensure good impressions. I was very surprised when I got an email from the company saying that my impressions were not acceptable and that I would have to BUY supplies from them and make new ones! I have already spent hundreds of dollars with them. My dentist is excellent and has been practicing for 25 years. It bothers me that professionally-made impressions are considered "unacceptable," and I wonder if this is an attempt for this company to sell me something else. Considering I have already spent several hundred dollars, a second impression kit should not cost me more--not to mention the postage in mailing it, etc. I have called my dentist and will be going back into the office next week. He said he would use his own supplies to make the impressions this time. I cannot help but wonder how many people have had to re-submit impressions and if any of their impressions were professionally made? When this is finally resolved and I get my product, if the product is good, I will amend this review to reflect that.

Excellent Service
I have just received notification that my impressions were received and my veneers are being created. I haven't received them yet, but I'm very excited and cannot wait to be able to smile confidently in public again. Despite the process not being complete, giving my true opinion so far was important to me. Not often, these days especially, do you find a company so easy to work with. I emailed my mouth/teeth pics once I completed my impressions inquiring about the process. I received a response within an hour! ONE hour!! As soon as my impressions arrived and were inspected, I received an email notifying me. Even if the veneers aren't perfect, even if after trying new impressions and molds they end up not being what I wanted, the service has been exemplary!! But, with what my experence has been so far...I have NO doubt I'll be satisfied at very least and extraordinarily happy with Shiny Smile most likely. I will definitely be leaving another honest review once I receive the veneers. Thank you, Shiny Smiles!!

SHADY COMPANY
This is my second attempt with trying a veneers company. I was hopeful that paying more than twice as much would with what I thought was a reputable company would provide me with a smile that would LAST more that 30 days. Warning! This will be lengthy as my process was and is still ongoing. I am writing this review to receive a remake bottom jaw that split then chipped 4 1/2 weeks after wearing. My upper jaw split &cracked on the exact same side, same tooth 2 weeks after wearing them. I reported both right away. Only difference is my bottom jaw was rejected as I was told it was considered a "force bite" which is not covered under the 60 day warranty. Let's take it back since this entire experience has been a nightmare! I purchased upper and lower jaw 12/4/2025 and I did not receive my first set until 6/27/2026!!! In-between that timeframe my bottom jaw was rejected twice totalling and additional $44 for impression kits. I was first offended when I was asked to submit a review BEFORE I even received my veneers. I responded to the agent as to why I would submit a review for a product I hadn't even received yet?! Moving on, 3-5 weeks later I received them and I liked them, but didn't love them. The front two teeth didn't mesh well with my gumline, and I expected better quality for a product I paid almost $600 for. Back to my current situation, I was really trying to give them the benefit of doubt as I work in an industry that it highly affected by customers reviews. After receiving the rejection response, and told I would have to pay $150 to have my lower jaw remade UNLESS I submitted a "honest" review I had no other choice. This comes off as a bribe, sketchy, and unethical. So here's your review. Please remake my lower jaw, and I am highly unlikely to recommend your services if this is how you go about treating your customers!

Easy process
The molds were pretty easy to do. I emailed in my current photos. Someone replied they would be added to my account soinformation. My only suggestion would be when an order is placed send a link to setup an account and immediately upload photos directly to the account, would feel more secure as a client. I am currently waiting for my finished product but im hoping they turn out perfect for a life event coming up. I can update review soon with more infomation.

So far customer service has been on point! The videos and instructions made this a super easy task. After just 1 week from shipping my molds out I was emailed with a accepted letter which was very exciting that I didn't have to redue my molds. I am now just waiting for the actual veneers so hopefully they fit perfectly if not they reassured me I can send them back and they can adjust them several times to get them to fit just right.
