Was very happy with my veneers then I had broke them so I reordered them and was told it would be two weeks and 1_3 days for shipping it been just about three weeks and still no updates on the progress,so been very unhappy with the 150 I paid for the express ,the first set actually came a couple days early,and no I did not have to redo the I

Shiny smile customer service has been…
Shiny smile customer service has been great however i have to keep reaching out because my veneers continue to break or fall apart even when handled with care. I believe there may be a quality issue with the veneers themselves however every time I have reached out they have responded quickly and replaced either set without additional cost. I feel like if the Veneers were better quality or less prone to breaking they may look more bulky in your mouth so there has to be a trade off. When I have both sets in they look great but again I think i only wore them twice before they began to fall apart.

Pop up Veneers
1 am very excited to have a beautiful smile. It took a few tries doing the impressions and watching the video but finally was able to get the perfect impressions. Calling customer service to get a little extra help was fast, easy, and they were very nice and encouraging.
I am very happy with the customer service and the actual product. Sharing my experience, my first attempt on making my upper teeth impressions did not go well. I reached out to them and I got all the help I needed in order to get it right. I got my lower teeth impressions first and it looks so good. Perfection. Excited to receive my snap on veneers for upper teeth. Service is amazing. Product is excellent. Get yours now.

I received a smile for my 70th birthday! I had my challenges such as rejected and repeated impressions and a remake on my top veneer. I am a partial denture wearer and understand the lab process with all the back and forth. Customer service walks you through the steps and keep you informed along the way
I have to say the finished product looks great and I chose the pearl for my shade. I suggest patience with the process and enjoy your new smile!
