AVOID! Terrible sizing, appalling customer service and then blocked!
I ordered a personalised hoodie as a special gift for my partner. I chose an XL, his usual size, which normally gives him a slightly oversized fit.
When the hoodie arrived, I was incredibly disappointed. The sizing was ridiculously small, barely reaching his waist. It looked more like a cropped hoodie than the XL I had expected.
I contacted customer service hoping to resolve the issue reasonably. Instead, I received responses from someone called Vivian repeatedly referring me back to their sizing information rather than offering a satisfactory solution.
I continued trying to resolve the matter, but my latest email has been ignored and I have now discovered that I have been blocked.
I find this absolutely appalling. I am a paying customer who raised a genuine concern about a product, and I expected professional customer service, not to be dismissed and then blocked.
This was supposed to be a thoughtful, personalised gift, but the entire experience has been ruined by the way my complaint has been handled.
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
Buyers beware. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t assume you’ll receive the help you deserve.
Don't order this shitty ass product, their 5xl is really a adult small. Hoodies are priced of shit and I am still fighting with my bank to get it returned. They definitely don't answer their emails at all.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my order. It arrived late and despite me placing the order a long time ago, and after such an unacceptable delay, the product itself is completely below standard.
The quality of the jumper is absolutely appalling. The material is so thin that I can practically see through it, which is completely unacceptable for an item that cost over £40. I specifically ordered a size Large, yet what I received is clearly nowhere near a Large. On top of that, the stitching is poorly done, wonky, and the printed/stitched text is blurred to the point where it is difficult to even read.
Quite frankly, this product is not fit for sale and does not match the quality I would reasonably expect for the price paid. I feel completely let down by both the product and the overall service.
I am demanding a full refund immediately. I do not wish to accept a replacement, as I have lost confidence in the quality of your products. The customer service was rude and not helpful and refused a refund.
I do not recommend at all!!
Ordered a custom hot wheels car for my husband for Father’s Day. It was not cheap! $60! It came with the plastic packaging cracked and the car was flipped upside down in the package. The picture quality and print was not great. You could barely read the message. I attempted to contact customer service three or four times and keep getting an automated email from a bot. Never ordering again.
I recently ordered a custom T-shirt with a picture of my dog on it, and I was impressed with the quality The craftsmanship is quite nice, and l gave it to a friend who loved it.
