So I ended up LOVING how my shirt order came out! If you want a certain placement of the design you may get disappointed but other than that gamble I would recommend. I would also recommend talking to customer service immediately after placing your order to chat out design concerns if you do have any. The shirt was a gift and the recipient really liked it so success:) Thank you
Avoid this company - my experience felt like a scam
Honestly, this whole experience has felt like a scam. I paid for a sweater, and when the package arrived, the box was completely empty. I sent them photos of the box and shipping label, but they keep asking for the same information and acting like the package had nothing to do with my order. I didn’t order anything else, and I got the Petfiestas delivery notification right when that empty package arrived. Instead of taking responsibility or refunding me, they’ve just kept sending repetitive emails and making excuses. I still haven’t received the item or a refund. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company.
Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. NEVER buy from these scam artists. Before ordering and paying they will not inform you that they don't ship to alot of places in the UK. They took my £25 and never sent me my item no refund in sight. Criminals
Be weary
This is how mine turned out… it’s nothing like the other examples and reviews. Be weary. I also selected “black” as the color, thinking it would be the outer lining (like the other options pictured with green, blue, etc). It was printed on a black sleeve, when all other examples show white backgrounds. The quality of the print is also nothing like pictured.

Lower than a snakes belly- wish I could score then zero
I wish I could score then zero, I paid over £59 for two items when my dog died as they looked lovely- I supplied good quality images, when they arrived they were grainy, over exposed, blown out and ugly, they were covered in marks that wouldn't come off and they were literally only fit for the bin. The company offered me 10-15% refund only for items that I had to dispose of- they honestly looked like my 7 year old niece had made them out of a scrap bin - in fact that does a disservice to my niece. They re unhelpful and nothing short of a scam trying to keep your money for good not as promised - and they use pet memorabilia which is more vile as it is at a very vulnerable time so they are exploiting vulnerable people at times of weakness. Utterly rotten to the core and I hope they are utterly ashamed of themselves.

I was worried when I read the reviews but the tshirt I ordered came better than expected. I’m stoked about the quality. It turned out great.
Placed order 2 weeks prior to date that…
Placed order 2 weeks prior to date that product was due as present for a birthday. Paid extra for expedited delivery. On date if birthday tracking said order was still in China. Emailed company requesting refund, they refused and said they "appreciate my understanding".
Shop Elsewhere
Sent in a photo of my daughter's new mixed puppy so I could have a personalized water tumbler made with her pup's face and name. Instead I waited 2 weeks to receive a tumbler with a stock photo of a pure bred German Shepherd (which she is not). The photo I sent them wasn't even used!
Exactly what I ordered.
I ordered the "what the moon looked like the day you were born" frame because I liked the samples in their site. Then I read the reviews and I was really skeptical about what I was going to receive eventually. Nevertheless, everything was perfect. The delivery date was the exact I was foretold (by the way I ordered from Greece, a country really far away from their base) and the frame itself was exactly as expected. Ok, don't expect some superb quality for this kind of money but it was really well made and flawless. And the moon phase was accurate since I checked sites that give such information. So, my overall experience was excellent and I can only highly recommend these guys, at least as far as these frames are concerned.
WRONG NAME ON PERSONALIZED SHIRT!
The personalized shirt I ordered for my dog arrived with the wrong name! I wrote and asked them to replace it and never received any reply. So my shirt says Bartlet when my dog's name is Brookman! UGH. It is also cheap quality, and it appears to have come from China, not the United States based upon a weird e-mail I received from them before I received my order (took forever to arrive).
The design is good
The design is good, fun and professional but unfortunately the hoodie itself is not good quality.
Poor quality, not sent what ordered
The one shirt was not the right color it was solid brown, instead of the pebbles, the photos were oddly placed, you can’t see any of the background, and one of the photos was chopped off. Have ordered before and it was great. This time not so much
Do Not Do Business With This Company
Paid for expedited service AND shipping. Was promised item before Christmas. Never came. Reached out to customer service, never received a proper update. Cancelled order on January 2nd due to non-delivery. They would not cancel and said it was already shipped, which was untrue. Received item on January 9th and they refuse to accept it back as it was a gift and not needed anymore. Terrible company and customer service. Never Again!
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage, save yourself the trouble and find something better. Make sure you look at some reviews first though, exactly what I didn’t do. I ordered around December 1st, I payed more for it to come before Christmas it just showed up February 6th. So I paid 80$ for a hoodie with 3 pets on it for my daughter, and the hoodie is extremely low quality, the embroidery looks like a child scribbled it with a crayon and doesn’t even resemble the picture references I gave them. Don’t worry though they sent me a 10% coupon off my next order. What a joke. 😡😡😡😡 I can’t give this to my daughter it’s an absolute disaster.

Horrible Company & Worse Customer Service!
I ordered a Valentine's sweatshirt with my pets face on it at the beginning of January and then remembered after seeing an ad, that I hadn't received my order. I reached out only to be told it was delivered on 1/27. I checked with neighbors and the 2 adjacent buildings only to learn it was not here nor had anyone seen it. I reached back out to PetFiestas who forwarded me a photo of the front of my multi-unit building. They did not provide a photo of the package at my condo unit door, in my mailbox or even in the building. After numerous back and forth emails, I was told to provide them a WRITTEN LETTER OF CORRESPONDENCE from the post office that they did not deliver it. I'm unsure if this company is familiar with the USPS or the mail service in Chicago, but that was not going to happen. USPS would never provide me with such information. I was then instructed to reach out to their shipping company YanwaExpress (?) and provide tracking information for them to open a claim. WTH??? As adorable as the sweatshirt was, I've chalked it up to losing $50. HORRIBLE COMPANY, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid at all costs.

I believe that it’s a fake website. I ordered a sweatshirt back in November and never received it. I sent email and they said they were working on it. Still haven’t received sweatshirt and it’s now February. I did contact my credit card company and the refunded my $62. Don’t order from this site.
