Do not buy here. Same as all the 99% of reviews,I haven't received my order, even though I paid for expedited shipping. They delete all the complaints on their social media, sadly I didn't see these reviews before paying them and loosing my money here.
@petfiestas - after 4 emails and multiple orders of incorrect product I think it’s reasonable to ask you deal with the incorrect orders you have sent out in a more timely manner. You seem to be using standard or AI answers to emails and it’s unproductive- it penalises the customer for having ordered with you and trusted your commitment to executing the order correctly, and responding to feedback in a timely and constructive manner. For example - from 1 incorrect order that I have raised with you and sent a detailed explanation of including photos to clarify - 3 times now you have asked for a photo that explains the issue to be sent. I’ve done that 3 times? But each reply I get requests a photo, basically showing a human isn’t reading these actual emails. Mistakes happen, that’s understandable, but coherent communication and actions is what is of value in the case of an error - so it can be fixed! I can’t say it’s easy to address an error and have it resolved at this point. And other customers should be aware of this. 4 emails in, I’m nowhere near a coherent response that is of any help. It seems to be a battle against AI or an unwilling customer service team.
Ordered a robe for my lil girl for Christmas at the end of November and was promised a delivery before Christmas. I reached out to them several times with no response. They took my money and never sent me anything- not the robe, not a tracking number and not even a response to many emails. TOTAL SCAM SITE! Do not order from this place. They STEAL your money and try to mess up a child’s Christmas!!! I turned them in to be investigated! Horrible !!!!
I was told my order would arrive before Christmas and I didn’t receive my item until January 2nd.
My order came almost 2 weeks later than the estimated shipping timeframe, probably would’ve taken even longer if I hadn’t been emailing them asking why my product hadn’t shipped yet. Also, I ordered the “mint green and white” trucker hat, and got this all forest/kelly green hat. When I emailed them about the error, their response was that their factory “might” have gotten the color wrong but “this green is actually quite nice”. It’s not what I ordered?! They ended up only giving me a 20% refund which is honestly just insulting. The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the image at least turned out okay. Will not be ordering from this company again or recommending to anyone else.
I ordered two identical sweatshirts. One came out fine and the other was missing half the print. After 10 emails back and forth they offered a $7 refund. I paid $45. What a scam.
If I could give a negative star I would. They sent me a damaged product and will refuse to give me my money back then asked for the product back at my own expense to refund 10$. DONT BUY FROM THEM! I’ll post images of the emails.
I ordered an XL shirt for a Christmas gift with my Black dog on it. They sent a Small and printed my dog as grey. They refused to refund my money or to reprint the item. I'm out $46 and had no gift to give. Would not recommend this company. FYI - they are in China - buyer beware~I wish Ihad researched before purchasing!
AVOID. Ordered a Christmas present on 7th of December and it’s now 1st of Jan and it’s STILL not here. Was unable to even get tracking information until Christmas Eve when they decided to tell me the parcel was lost and they’ll have to re ship it. Have had absolutely no support from customer service. Will be surprised if it even gets delivered at this rate.
Will steal your money, won’t send you anything. Will send you tracking links that have absolutely no information on it. Definitely a scam. Continually won’t give refund and stall and say they’ve sent you another one and will charge you if you cancel the order. Even when I said I didn’t want another one because it was specific to Christmas. Absolute nightmare. Don’t buy from them.
Avoid like the plague. Paid Eur 85 for two jumpers and was promised they would be delivered by Chrismtas. Not only have they not arrived on time... they have not arrived at all.
Delivery takes around 3-4 weeks. However the item has come and is exactly what I ordered! The pictures are transferred well. They just look slightly smaller than on the advertised pictures. They are coming from China so bare this in mind when ordering! The jumper feels okay and is the colour I picked. The pictures are done well. After reading so many bad reviews I was worried they wouldn’t show up, but they have! Great idea for a pet lover!
After realizing my gift for my wife wasn't arriving for Christmas(Ordered early December) I decided to check out the reviews. Well.... I'm realizing I should have before I ordered a $58.00 item. I'm usually pretty good at checking reviews but didn't this time. I don't expect to receive it, and of for some reason it arrives in the next few months, and based on many many quality reviews this far, I am expecting my dog to look like a cat 🤦🏽♂️. As others have stated, no where does it say on the web page or during and after ordering that is coming from China!
The quality of the pictures on the sweater are great, even though a couple of the pictures I sent were not great quality. For example, black fur with black eyes but you can still see the eyes really well on the sweater. They fit all six dogs. We purchased this as a gift and the person we sent it to loves it. The size is good. I didn’t have good full body pictures. I would recommend either sending only the face or make sure the pictures are full body. Luckily the scarves that we added cover where the legs weren’t showing in the picture.
When I went to purchase my items, it said they would arrive before Christmas. On Christmas when my packages hadn’t arrived, I reached out to inquire about what was happening, because the tracking info that was provided to me was very vague and didn’t give any useful information as to when they would arrive. As of today, I still don’t have an answer. They sent me to a link on UniUni, which I’ve read is a horribly unreliable delivery service, but even that website doesn’t give me any idea when the package will be delivered.
The website claims 'satisfaction guaranteed'. This is an outright LIE, they do not care a jot. I bought two sweatshirts and the image looks NOTHING like my dog so I asked for a refund. They offered 10% refund. Total waste of money
Just terrible! On December 7, I ordered two personalized blouses, well in advance for Christmas gifts. Even after I placed my order, they advertised “order now for Christmas,” so I was confident that my order would arrive on time. I even paid an additional $16.99 for expedited shipping! And then on Christmas Day, no gifts. Their website says: We carefully package and ship your order within 5-8 business days. Total bullshit! Ordered expedited shipping but still took 6 days to even ship the product. Their email responses are slow and their tracking system is littered with ads. Do not buy Pet Fiesta. It’s a waste of money and potentially a scam
