At first I loved this site, but as soon as I needed help with exchanging a size- THEY KEEP EMAILING ME THE SAME ANSWERS THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ORDER!!🤬 They just talk about delivery options. Ridiculous! I will never order from them again!!

Great product, was packaged very good and on a pallet banded and secured. Trucking company delivered to my driveway and then unloaded the pallet down my asphalt driveway to my garage. Couldn't ask for better service than that. Very happy with everything. I installed today as well and it's working great. It re-placed my old honeywell dehumidifier. Just re-plumed it and hook up ductwork and set the control thermostat and it's good.

I do like most of the quality of Shop Simon's brand name products. the prices are usually quite good. However, ever since the free shipping was removed, and you now have to pay, is not a an incentive. The turn around time for the delivery service is good and I am satisfied with that. i will continue to patronize Shop Simon.
