It was great. Unfortunately, sizing was completely off and the items that I received did not fit at all. The measurements were all wrong. So I had to return them but they didn’t charge for return shipping fee. I was happy to have the shipping fee waived. I hate if any online retailers charges for return shipping fees. I usually don’t shop at all if there is no free return. Anyway, it was great this time

Extortionate "safe shipping" charge
Tried to buy a dress. They tacked on a $27 (!!!) safe shipping charge which I was unable to decline. Customer service said I could remove it, but after multiple attempts I contacted them again, and it turned out I couldn't. Very annoying, waste of time.
