First and last time ordering from this company - I ordered shoes in a size 8 and they were enormous - more like a size 9 1/2 - I wanted to return/exchange and they will not allow either.

My delivery was so fast and everything that I ordered was in the bag, The prices are amazing. I tell all my friends and family about this app. I was able to buy my son and my niece. Delivery was way too slow and poor than…
Delivery was way too slow and poor than what was stated when making the purchase. I was promised delivery within 3-5 days but instead delivery took place after I departed the country and seel is giving me trouble with my refund I want myoney. I don't have your packages as they were delivered on 4 August after 8pm after I ordered on 26 July, the items were processed from 27 July 2026. This has been the worst online purchase and I will spread the world about how you conduct business and treat customers. Poor service and it's disgusting how clients are treated when money is due to them. Usps and DHL are the worst. You do not prioritize your customers. Amazon is so much better. Then you only send a professional reply, fix this sorry does not fix this you are basically doing nothing about it but trying to sound and seem as if you're sorry for the experience or you even assisted. I am never buying from shopsimon! You should have already contacted me correcting this, but you are happy that I'm still facing issues getting my refund clearly. I went through the process on seel and they rejected my refund on the basis that my locations shows I'm over 5 miles from the delivery location. You are honestly inconsiderate.

Misleading product page!!
The picture displayed on the product page is not the item being sold. The pic depicted the actual perfume bottle (what I was led to believe I was purchasing), but the item is deodorant spray. Not bothering to return it as I don’t have time but very disappointed in this sales experience.
