It may be good if you don't need to experience their customer services. Didn't fit, returned the item, return fee was overcharged, emailed them, but what I only got was an email describing return process apparrently written by AI or automatic agent. I asked once again why the fee was overcharged and human agent just closed my inquiry and marked "resolved" wo any explanation. It's just 5 dollars so I would let it go but the experience is really awful.

I ordered three pairs of Philipp Plein shoes, but when the order arrived, it only had one pair. When I went to check the tracking details, it showed that the three pairs were delivered, which is not true. The order arrived in a small box that barely fit one pair. There is no way the 3 pairs of shoes were shipped. I contacted ShopSimon and after a few back and forth emails, they communicated that the other two pairs will be shipped separately and that a new tracking number will be provided to me. I reached out to ShopSimon customer support regarding the tracking number for the new order, but I haven't received a reply back yet. This is not the first time that ShopSimon had messed up my orders. A while ago, I ordered a tie that was supposed to be a gift for someone, but when the tie arrived, it was totally different to the one I ordered. I received one with a very ugly color that wasn't even close to the one I ordered. I'm very disappointed with the way ShopSimon handles the orders prior to be shipped.
