It nice to read some reviews where they received good customer service. I bought from them in November. I’ve never received the product. When I inquired about my product they said it was lost at the local facility. I looked at the tracking and it says it was returned to the company. I’ve emailed and ask for them to send the product or give me a refund. No answer. I’ve spent 3 months dealing with this. Sure wish I could get some good customer service and a resolution to this. Replacing one missing product is cheaper to replace than lose that customer forever.
I bought the DIY kit diamond painting to make coasters. The colors are absolutely beautiful and lots of fun to make. It takes about an hour to make each one. They are all different and once you get started you don’t want to stop because each one is a masterpiece! I highly recommend!
When I had a problem, Helen Tang resolved it immediately. Customer service is so important and so limited in our world today. I live in Hawaii and sometimes it takes a lot to resolve an issue. I had beads missing from one of my picture and all the beads from another picture. All were replaced with no questions asked. I have received many pictures and never any problems.
I placed an order on August 25th and after four weeks it was still showing as in transit I e-mailed the company and they replied immediately that it was still in transit. After two more weeks and I hadn't received it, they responded right away that they were sorry and I could either have my money refunded or a replacement order. I choe the replacement, it arrived within a week in great shape, Great company to deal with. I will definitely order from them again.
The picture are of great quality, the diamond are so beautiful, and the company is great ,i made a mistake with my choice of diamonds ,wrote them a email and the fixed this for my with no problem. Thank you for a great experience. I recommend this company for all your diamond pictures.
Shop any deal must have changed suppliers as the print once was great and the last 2 we bought were such poor quality their only use was to be thrown out. Emailed some jokers in China and their customer service was so bad. Basically they said GFYS. Ill never buy from this site evet again. Will now buy from Annbuy. Their prints are so much clearer.
Had an issue US customs and was helped in a timely manner and was very responsive and helpful!!!!!! I love this company and I will be ordering again very soon!!!!
When I received my diamond kit of butterflies at first it appeared not everything was there. I sent a text and within 24 hours I received a reply. Then I realized the kit was complete. I wrote apologizing. I will order more kits in the future.

I bought the new tool's to make diamond dotzs the DIY suction device. It's the best tool they can invented. No more wax to deal with and it work great and fast. I love it. The device is a little bit noisy but it work's great. I recommend it too all the one who love doing diamond dotz.
