This is without doubt the most usseless company i have used and wont be using them again i have been waiting for an item nearly 5 weeks and still not here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TOTAL SHAMBLES.
Bad experience
First they overcharged me, but returned the difference after complaint. Then I received wrong item, but according to them it is what I ordered. They offered 3 GBP as compensation. Also their size guide isn't accurate. Avoid this company. Horrible customer service.

Delivery was shocking
The polo shirt and t shirt are fine. P&P was quite quick but the courier just threw the parcel over the wall at the front of the house by a plant pot on full view to anyone walking past. Didn’t knock or ring the doorbell didn’t even open the gate to walk down the drive. Because of this delivery method unfortunately I won’t be ordering of you again, I will try a different supplier.

I would give this company 0 if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 4 tops but only 3 arrived after a long time. The quality is absolutely rubbish. The one I have missing is the one I was looking forward to the most. Tried emailing and they're suggesting a neighbour could have taken it in or gone to local posting office. What a load of rubbish. They would've put all 4 in parcel together. Basically theyve not sent it. It's too much trouble trying to explain to them. Just a lesson learnt ,never to buy from these again🤬🤬

I didn’t realise the products were coming from China ,they took a long time to arrive ,I’m a bit disappointed in the quality but I cannot be bothered sending them back .
Something's not right here
Just purchased a polo shirt which I paid for through PayPal, which amounted to £25.98. Having authorised this payment I then got an email from PayPal thanking me for my order telling me I had spent £31.18, This included £5.20 VAT??? A 2nd email arrived from shopbritstyle included an invoice for the original amount authorised by PayPal. It is NOT shown at the point of purchase that there is an extra 5.20 to pay. They claim it is for VAT. Paypal tells me that a merchant can add "taxes" AFTER you authorise a payment. Not sure a company in China can charge VAT, when they are billing you from china The added amount makes the purchase not good value. Something's not right here.

The shirt is fantastic, just a pity it took so long to get here. I ordered it mid July so I could wear it on Yorkshire Day (1st August) and it didn't arrive until the 9th. It will be great for next year!
