The watch works, but it is not very accurate
The watch face itself functions well and is tolerant of heavy work. The different bands work well and are comfortable. I am very disappointed by the inaccuracy of the heart rate monitor and the step counter. The step counter averages 8,000 steps less than my Whoop. The heart rate monitor during workouts is wildly inconsistent. I switched to this because I needed a watch face for my job, but am disappointed with the functionality of the other options.

Had the watch for less than and month…
Had the watch for less than and month and the band ripped zero response from the company also not able to read text messages very disappointed

The watches work great as far as functionality but are not as indestructible as they say. My screen broke quicker than my Apple Watch. I reached out a few times and never got a response so I probably won’t buy again.

Ordered a watch
Ordered a watch. Changed my mind. I read the terms and conditions for order cancelation. I noticed I had a 30 minute window to email support and get my cancelation in. Within 10 minutes I had sent the email. Shortly after I got a reply that no service reps were available with a link to a google document form to fill out. I completed it and hit send. The next day I received a email that my order was shipping. I emailed and explained. I was told that they would stop the shipment but if it happened to go out I could refuse but would suffer a 20% restocking fee. Excuse me? I did everything on my end by their policy. I emailed customer service where they reiterated they would charge me for their error. They followed up with shipment stopped. 3 weeks later I receive my order. I refused shipment and emailed. Despite errors on their end repeatedly they have once again threatened a restocking fee. I followed up again with another email. I informed my bank and we are going to do a charge back after the successful return of my watch. They set a policy and it was followed by myself to the T. Forget this place.

This sounds incredibly frustrating, especially since you made every effort to follow our cancellation policy within the required timeframe. We completely understand why you'd be upset after receiving conflicting updates and then being told you could still be charged a restocking fee.

Disappointed
I feel this company sells an image they do not back up. I spent money on something that did not work out for me. All I would expect from a reputable company is to take the product back. There is not reason a company would send a product to a customer USPS and then require they return it UPS or FED EX. The company sends the customer an item that takes a month to receive only to require a customer spend almost as much as the product to return it in an guaranteed 7 day window. This is not a reputable company. do not buy anything from a company that does not stand behind their product. They are a scam in my opinion and I would not want anyone else to waste their money on a product that is not worth the price.

The watch works great, but if you have a problem or defect. You have to deal with endless emails that get you know where. Warranty if a farce.

Good concept. I work in the dirt all day and the buttons on my blaze always jam up and get stuck to where I can't push any buttons. My watch is constantly disconnecting from my phone. So its a time piece with a fancy display. It would be better if you were able to delete unused apps

My blaze lasted 1.5 years. Taking advantage of the lIfetime warranty I found that it is a one and done replacement, not really "lifetime". They only gave me 7 days to return my watch by UPS or FEDEX. I took the watch the next day after receiving the email confirmation and the only way to get it there on time was to pay $50+ in shipping charges. I noticed on the Carbinox webpage today that they are advertising for fathers day that "it is the last watch you will have to buy for him" and that just is not true because they will only replace it once. So not as happy as I would like to be.
