I contacted customer service regarding an issue about sizing, I received a confirmation email immediately. The next day I received an email from Erich with information regarding the different options I had for returning or keeping my shirt. I have never had a company offer 3 different options for handling the return. I appreciate the fact that there were other choices than just a return.

BEWARE! I thought I was only ordering some cute t-shirts, but evidently there was fine print that signed me up for a subscription I did NOT want at $25 per month. Unfortunately I did not notice it for a couple of months so I am out $75 dollars for nothing. I am disputing with my credit card company.

I had ordered a T-shirt while I was traveling in the car and I had left off the M in my email address. I contacted support and Charlene helped me find the order. She corrected the email address and my T-shirt is on the way to me. I am very thankful and appreciate all the time and effort she put into finding my order and I look forward to ordering from Free Spirit again.

I get great help & service from Free Spirited Clothing! My husband & I wear 1 of their colorful cotton t shirts everyday! I think he has 8 & I have close to 20 shirts! I see 1 I can't live without everyday!

This company is fraudulent. I have been charged 26.45 which is a monthly fee for some kind of subscription, something I did not agree to. As for the shirt I ordered the neck had shrunk before it ever got to me and was tight. UPDATE: the day after my review a representative emailed me stating the membership fee had been refunded, an apology was made and a $10 Prepaid card was promised.

This was my first purchase from 'Free Spirited Clothing, and I was not disappointed!! The colors were so vibrant and clear!! I bought a long sleeved hooded tee, and a short sleeved tee, and they were beautiful! Ordering was very easy, delivery fast, and the fit and quality 👌🏻 I would recommend this company and the product to all my hippydippy friends and family!! ✌️❤️

Not only are all the clothing products (I have long sleeve T-Shirts, short sleeve T-Shirt, and Tank Tops), well done and come out as pictured, but the colors are rich and vibrant even after several washings. Just love their work, and there are so many wonderful colors and designs to choose from. Even better their customer support is absolutely wonderful. I made a mistake in one of my orders, and they gave me options to choose from to remedy the situation. I choose to exchange them for my correct size. The exchange was easy, and the replacements were sent out quickly. I could not be happier! Highly Recommend!!!
