Been with shopsmarter for many, many years, very few issues (mostly when this program was new, don’t think I had to contact their customer support in at least 5+years!) love that they offer minimal 10% cash back some times more and my cash back is deposited to PayPal timely!

It is easy to get to the store I'm interested in shopping at. Lots of stores are available through shops matter and ones I frequently shop at. It's nice to get back a percent whenshopping through shopsmarter, very easy to do!!

I don’t like how they make me think I was gonna get $10 and to hook up one of my bank accounts so I did and then I was charged two dollars. I thought I was going to get $10 from a purchase that I just made I don’t like that. I think it’s sneaky and it tries to trick people. I signed up accidentally signed up for something that I had no business signing up for I didn’t even know I was signing up and then I get charged two dollars for what for signing up no I was supposed to be getting paid $10.
