I was so happy when we purchased the Shower Bay! My mom is battling cancer and has loss the ability to care for herself. To be able to provide her with the ability to get a shower and wash her hair has been exceptional! The shower bay works as advertised, easily assembled and is a great investment to aid in caring for your loved one. Russell was very helpful and went above our expectations.

This unit has exceeded our expectations. It is exceptionally easy to use and works perfectly. Comfortable, hot showers, are now a daily event for our loved one. It is a breeze for us as caretakers. He, and we, couldn't be happier. Can't recommend this enough!
My guy has now used the Shower Bay twice and it is fantastic. It took me a little longer to assemble than I thought, but now that I understand it all, I know I can go much faster. I am not the strongest or most agile woman out there, but I managed it all just fine. It's a beautiful system. We've had our shower bay for over 4 years and it's one of the most important things I've ever purchased. It's been a wonderful help to my wife in order to give her a shower several times a week. The unit is well engineered and has held up exceedingly well. Kudos to Russell at Showerbay who has helped me keep the shower in good running condition.

We where is desperate needs for my son. Now he gets the privacy and confidence back to bath at home. Once the pieces are out of the box and the multiple layers of bubble wrap it was easy set up. This has been an amazing experience i could be more blessed to come across shower bay in the time of need.
A Great Experience When I called to order a Shower Bay I talked to one of the owners. He explained about how it works and hooks up. My son called him to talk about how to ensemble and hooks up options. My son was impressed by his friendliness and help. When we received the Shower Bay it was all and then some of what we expected. I would recommend the Shower Bay to anyone who needs it.
My father was, at first, resistant to having a shower set up in his kitchen and we were using a home-grown system. But once we got it set up, he looks forward to getting a shower, appreciates the privacy, can safely enter and exit on his own and is no longer bothered by its location. The caregivers like it because they no longer have to get wet. This is a great solution and was easy to set up and operate. Thank you!
Speaking directly to co-owner was a suprize and greatly appreciated. Any questions we had were answered clearly, and any follow up emails were answered in a timely manner. Even had to make a call on the weekend and received a return call to discuss a small issue which was resolved right away. The elderly gentleman was thrilled to use this shower unit and stated it was so nice to feel so clean! Thank you.
Best solution ever! We just couldn't put a shower in our 1/2 bath... We put the Shower Bay together in around 1.5 hours after receiving it within a week of ordering. It's so well made, and they thought of everything we'd need to install. Ours even came with a soap dispenser!! Grandpa feels welcome and confident, and that's the prize. :0)
The purchase experience was thorough. Russell called to make sure the product met our needs and that we had enough space to accommodate the shower bay. He explained the delivery process and provided a detail email with instructions for setting up the unit. The product is so well designed and easy to install. The only minor challenge for me was lifting the U shape top border. I needed another person, but that was very doable. I really appreciate the extra care in adding the soap dispenser, slip free mat for inside the shower bay and all the faucet fittings. I did try ordering the long mat from Home Depot, but the strong voc smell lingered even after leaving it outside in the sun. Maybe I needed to leave it out longer than a day. I returned the long mat to HD and use a towel. We were not able to add a shower to a half bathroom, so I am very thankful for this product!!
