VERY responsive, helpful, patient and accommodating. And the speed in which we received our product was amazing, it showed up on our doorstep before we even thought about checking the shipping status. Amazing all around, literally no complaints!
The customer service from Shower Bay was nothing less then exceptional. We took deliver of a unit and there were a couple of very minor quality control issues (1 missing screw and valve gasket). I called and left a message and the owner himself called me back within 10 minutes. I explained the issues and he had the parts overnighted to me. I cannot remember when I had such a great experience with a company. As far as the shower unit goes, it works great. This is a much better option then dealing with a complete bathroom renovation. It was super easy to install and my mother uses it daily without any issues.
Russel was spot on dealing with me. We had a few issues on my end and his. We resolved all problems and moved forward. Professional with a can-do attitude. I will recommend.

Such an easy company to deal with. Product was bubble wrapped so well to protect it. Assembly was so easy. Everything worked great. I hope to install many more of these as an Accessibility contractor. Great product.

Russel even took the time to sit with me on the phone while we both searched and looked up a shower chair that was suitable and safe for both my daughter as well the shower system.Shower Bay systems are worth every dollar. If you are thinking about it, you will not be disappointed!!Im so grateful for this company and opportunity to be able to afford this investment for my daughter which helps her daily to have one of our most basic needs met daily. To be able to shower comfortably and safely within our home while she recovers.
The ShowerBay fit perfectly in my mom’s small bedroom. It was easy to install and the best part was Russell, cofounder called to talk to me about the process and my mom’s accessibility needs. He gave helpful tips and information. My mom is extremely overjoyed with her shower and likes that I can assist her over the shower or right outside of the shower door. The ramp is also removable so you don’t have to use it unless when necessary. Thank you ShowerBay!

The rep and the product are great to work with. Everyone including Palative care and aids are blown away by the shower! Everyone took pictures and got the contact info to spread to their clients.
This has given dignity back to my daughter who can no longer stand up to shower herself as she has a progressive neurological-muscular disease similar to ALS. She is wheelchair bound. It was so easy to put together and even easier to use. We had been showering outside and using a blow up swimming pool so this is a true upgrade and now we can shower her indoors ! This Shower Bay is a true God send 🙌
Everything from my first call to them asking how the shower bay works through the delivery from them was great!. It took less than 20 minutes to set up, and most of that time was unwrapping it. I ordered an extra mat online that extends past the ramp and I would recommend that for everyone. I had a short review with the caretakers on how to use it and they love it and are no longer concerned about my mother falling. Extremely happy with the Shower Bay and the service they provided! Again, if you have a loved one that is a fall risk, get one of these.

This shower bay has helped us out tremendously. Way cheaper than a home renovation. My husband was in a car accident and ended up with a traumatic brain injury. He currently is in a minimally conscious state and can’t take care of himself. His tilt and space shower wheelchair just barely fits in the shower but we make it work. This has been a game changer for us. I couldn’t imagine doing bed baths for months and months. The shower snaps together very nicely with no leaking. Hooks right up to our kitchen sink. We put a tarp down so when we roll him out our floor stays dry. The company even reached out to me making sure this would be a good fit for my husband and even took the time to let me send pictures of my sink to make sure it would hook up. They went above and beyond. Luckily I can squeeze in the shower bay with the big wheelchair to get my husband clean. Highly recommend.

My experience was great because the owner that I spoke with had a lot knowledge and he explained in detail what we we buying in detail.
The salesperson I spoke to on the phone was helpful and informative. The unit was easy to assemble. The contractor who helped me assemble and plumb it was impressed by the quality of the unit. My wife returns home in a few days, so has not yet begun using it.
Our experience was amazing! Russel was so personable and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to be successful with the installation. The shower arrived early and was easy to assemble and install. It was much needed and my father is truly enjoying a hot shower again.
I've contacted Shower Bay a few times with questions and Russel has been really helpful with answers and suggestions and shipping promptly. The Shower Bay has been so great because our shower is upstairs and my husband is now disabled and staying on the main level that only has a powder room. So we didn't have to move!
