I am the nervous, jerky type. Russell put my mind at ease from the start. Great communication. Answered any questions or concerns I had...multiple times. Provided insight about the Shower Bay. Things I would not had thought to even ask. Shower Bay is constructed well. Works exactly as shown. Remodel was too costly and time consuming at $15,000. Shower Bay, a great economical solution and great product for showering someone with limited mobility.
My mother's first reaction, she was happy to feel the
pressure of the water on her body. A shower is indeed a quality of life issue. Say good bye to sponge baths everyday. Y-e-a-h!!! I would highly recommend Shower Bay as a less expensive alternative to re-model.

Problem Solved!
What a great idea! After speaking with Russell from Shower Bay, he was able to fast track the delivery just in time for my 93yo very limited mobility father-in-laws return from the hospital. Set-up was very easy and the service was exceptional! The Shower Bay solved our problem! Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.

Shower Bay provided excellent services before the order is shipped, such as but not limited to ask detailed information on our needs, size of the room, recommend us to order correct size of the floor mat from home depot, make sure the size of the shower wheelchair compatible to the shower bay, check the length of hose needed, and provide extra adaptor kit to make sure that I got everything needed to make shower bay well installed and used.
I then received the packages, my son said that the packing is perfectly done, and no damages at all. Installation (assembling) is pretty easy, we did it without even watch the video, just use the manual provided with the product. We started using the shower bay, so far the senior family member loves it, and it definitely makes his life different especially in hot summers, and he can shower now whenever needed. Cleaning after shower is not difficult at all, and there is no leaking. We just need to make sure the shower head is facing the shower all the time so that water is not splashing to other dry areas.
By the way, we have a spare closet, so we fitted the shower bay there, if I have concerns of leaking, I won't fit it in a closet. So this is a good product for sure.
Company cares. Great communications and they followed up to be sure it would handle our needs. It was packaged very well for delivery and delivered as promised. Setup was very much as described. The shower bay itself is incredible. Water is very much controlled, with little to zero splash over the tub walls. It is an investment. It improves quality of life for the end user. It is a safety upgrade. Confined baths, can be dangerous to a person with mobility and balance issues. This product provides peace of mind for the care taker, as well. Much more control.

Great product & customer service
Russell was so helpful & made the process of ordering & receiving the Shower Bay easy and stress free. The Shower Bay is working out wonderfully so far for my mom. We have it in a corner of our downstairs guest room with a half bath across the hall. The installation process was very intuitive. It takes me under 10 minutes to set up the hoses & plug in the pump for her shower. She says the water pressure is great & is very happy with the shower experience. Overall a great product & wonderful customer service!
My father was recently hospitalized and this shower was our saving grace after he returned home. It allowed him to safely shower and also provided a sense of privacy.
It was so easy to set up. Several staff from the hospital were amazed with the product and also noted the link for other patients.
My father’s family and friends don’t leave without checking out this amazing shower when they come to visit him.
The customer service provided by Shower Bay was outstanding. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly and my expectations were met or exceeded.
Great product. Initially I thought the doors were a bit flimsy and would leak. But they do not. I’m very pleased with the Shower Bay shower. Everything functions as advertised. And Russell’s customer service is stellar. I also purchased the shower chair for my loved one who has very limited mobility. My only complaint is with the 1 year warranty-it does not fill me with confidence that the shower will withstand repeated use and have longevity.
Russel was very communicative and informative throughout the shopping and purchasing process. When there was a delivery snafu with the wheelchair, he did all the legwork to track it down and make sure we got it. The shower unit was relatively easy to assemble and is very convenient with it being a complete stand alone shower. It’s so nice to have a bathing option for my dad that did not require remodeling our bathroom. Very pleased with the product and service!
