Haven't ridden yet (that's next month!), but the on-line reservation process was straightforward & easy. It's nice to know that we have a ride secured, after a long day of travel to an airport that we don't know our way around very well. Better than renting a car, navigating unfamiliar roads, and having to worry about parking and rental return at the other end.
