One star is way too much for this…SCAM

One star is way too much for this rating! My originating flight was delayed which caused me to miss my connection in Charlotte and therefore my Shuttlefare pickup in Fort Lauderdale. No one answered the phone number that was on my confirmation, so I had to send an email. It took over an hour for a response. By that time, the driver was already there to pick me up. Basically, I was told that I didn't give a 24 hour notice and since the driver was there - I was charged. How was I supposed to know 24 hours ahead of time that my flight was delayed? What kind of SCAM operation is this? NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Beware of this scam operation!!!

Van to airport was a no-show...

Booked a round-trip van transportation between airport and hotel. Pickup from airport went very well and we were happy. However, for the return, the van never showed up, no texts/emails about cancellations, and the customer service phone does not connect to anyone (immediately ends call). Luckily, we were able to quickly get on two UberXXL's to the airport, which we should have just done in the first place.

Shuttlefare.com books for our company which is rapidshuttle.com they never send us booking information they never send us the payment information they pocket the money in hope that nobody notices we have never had an agreement with them they are scam artists and I don't even know how they got a four-star rating for most must be employees fattening their their ratings

Just cancelled my booking

Cancelling a booking, which had been in place for months, with only 4 days notice - completely unacceptable. I appreciate they may have been let down by your supplier, but it should fall to them to find an alternative. I only get my fingers burnt once, so won’t be using again.

Deceptive website

Deceptive website. When you call them you will get an automated response and no option to speak with anyone. Same with texts. The only way to contact them is through email ONLY. I have sent them 3 emails, yesterday & today (10/31&11/02) and have not received any response. DO NOT USE THEM !!!

ShuttleFare Nightmare

Please Please Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They make it easy to book a reservation on their site but don't try to verify it or try to contact anyone. Their phone number goes to a computer generated voice. They say you can speak to a live person but it's not gonna happen! I booked a ride that was to be provided by LYFT but the confirmation I received from ShuttleFare wasn't correct so I tried to reach them. Well, that was very difficult and since you can't speak to someone you need to go on their site and use a virtual assistant. First they couldn't find my reservation and then when they did I was told to call/contact LYFT. Well you can't speak to anyone there either but only thru text. So I did and LYFT had no record of my reservation and said to contact ShuttleFare. Actually they didn't know what I was referring to. So I again tried to contact ShuttleFare on the phone number they provided on my confirmation. Here's where the fun starts. When I called the automated answer voice who says her name is Mary couldn't find anything either and I had a paid conformation! So now after all this frustration I decided to cancel everything. Again that wasn't easy either. I couldn't cancel thru the phone or on their website and had to go back to my email and use the email confirmation. Again if you use these guys BEWARE!!!

Flexibility of my driver, he was absolutely awesome when my flight kept getting delayed! I was traveling alone for a trade show and I felt completely confident and safe, which helped make my trip a success. I definitely recommend Shuttlefare!

No Star 4 u

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. Shuttlefare is the WORST company ever. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you call the company you are put in a never ending loop that says we will be right with you, followed by a suggestion that you call their phone number which is immediately answered by a recording that says no one is available to take your call, but tells you to go to the website and chat with an agent...NO CHAT SERVICE available. These people are a SCAM. I got an online quote from shuttle fare for a roundtrip transport from Miami airport to cruise terminal. $60.30 for 2 adults. I felt this was a fair price so I paid my credit card and scheduled the reservation. A day prior to the event I got a call from shuttle fare saying I had to pay an additional 62.00 or they would not honor my reservation. I provided proof to them that I had already paid the out they quoted to me and I asked why there was a last minute change in price for the same service. No explanation, just either pay the additional or find another means of transport.NEEDLESS to day I was furious. I reported this incidence to the BBB where I found numerous other complaints about this company. Save yourself a headache and frustration and DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They will leave you in a lurch.Use a more reliable source like Uber or lift.

I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare

I would NOT recommend Shuttlefare. My reservation made weeks in advance was cancelled because of an address issue they insisted they couldn’t change. The new reservation was 3 times the original amount. Also, I was unable to get thru on the ONE dispatch line when I arrived 2 hours early. I just had to wait the 2 hours at the port because I could not contact them. There’s NO CHAT on their website tho they advertise so. Beware!!!!

Great Experience.

The driver William was very friendly and made me feel comfotable. He was at the airport within five minutes of me calling the number provided in the instruction. The person on the phone gave me a description of the car and called me back to make sure the driver had arrived. This was my first time and it was a great experience.

Service was exceptional from start to finish. It was easy to schedule pick up online which was followed up by both an email and text confirmation. An hour before scheduled pick arrival time and name of driver was confirmed. The drive was professional and courteous with great respect and care taken while driving me to airport. I will definitely use this service again.

Excellent Total Experience!

The communication was claer and informative after I made the reservation, and the driver who picked us up at the airport (same one who returned us there) was professional and courteous...and on time (even though the pick up was at 4:00 AM).
