DO NOT USE this service if you have 5 people in your group. I booked through Shuttlefare for our trip to New York during Christmas time. For our ride from the airport, I called after we retrieved our luggage to inform them we were ready for pickup. I received a text alerting me that a Toyota Camry was dispatched. I immediately called back to inform them that this vehicle would not work for us. Keep in mind when I initially ordered the service, I listed number of people and bags. We then had to wait for another vehicle. A small Cadillac SUV arrived. We had to squeeze 4 people in the backseat with only three seatbelts. We barely fit our 5 large checked bags and three carry-on bags, with one of those carry-ons at my feet. Several days before our return ride to the airport, I contacted Shuttlefare to change our pickup time and request a larger vehicle. On our departure day, they sent a Toyota Highlander. Here we go again. My husband spoke to the driver while I called to inform them, once again, that this vehicle would not work. At this point, I was not happy at all. We had a plane to catch and were not going to wait around for another probably inadequate vehicle. I explained my frustration and cancelled the ride. Our hotel had a vehicle there waiting for us and we took advantage. I paid this driver (hotel) to take us to the airport to insure we arrived on time. Shuttlefare labeled us as no shows and refused to refund the ride because the cancellation was less than 24 hours notice. I would not have cancelled had they sent a large enough vehicle in the first place. I basically had to double pay for one ride due to the incompetence of their dispatchers. I will never use a service of this sort again. It’s pointless when they send a Lyft driver which you can just order on your own. Lesson learned.
This was our first time using any kind of a car service, if I could I would give it more stars. Easy booking and pickup was just as easy. Driver was polite and on time. Would highly recommend them.

Hassle free Airport Transfer
Wanted to use this service for one way trip to Gold coast airport from surfers paradise. Got nearly to end of booking and lost internet connection, however I received an email the next morning asking if I still wanted to continue,which I did with out any issues. Online payment was also hassle free. I have just received my confirmation email detailing our pick up details. Excellent professional service would recommend

It was easy and all, but didn't get the breakdown of charge came up $5 than listed...Tax?
Wonderful driver. He was kind and courteous, helping us with our bags. This is important to me because I am disabled and use her Rollator. So it was great to have the extra help. He drove us safely and smoothly to our home.
