Making reservations online was great. My only issue was it took me a few minutes to find the icon that allows you to change the pickup location from the airport to a home/other address. Otherwise, it was an easy job to book a roundtrip pickup.

I was expecting a person to wait for me…

I was expecting a person to wait for me at arrivals. But they made me walk half a mile and then wait for five minutes at Uber stop and then sent a Uber. Costed by 4x the Uber cost. I had paid the premium so that someone will help me with luggage and I do not have to wait.

Smooth and efficient

As soon as the plane landed, I received text giving instructions to catch the Lyft ordered. The plane arrived 30 min early. We were shortly with the driver to our destination. The key point for this smooth operation was due to the dispatcher who was in constant communication. The pick up area was 31B.

Left us stranded in Rome airport

Left us stranded in Rome airport! Had a reservation for 8 non speaking Italian people from Rome to Sorrento. Trip was booked/paid several months ago and again confirmed on May 19th. No one was there to pick us up, could not get thru using the number they provided. No one could help us. Finally a nice Italian man called and got thru. They said they sent an email and cancelled our pick up 3 days prior. I never received an email. We struggled to get to sorrento all day. Took taxis, trains and it cost us time and money. Not to mention lugging suitcases up and down. I will NEVER use or recommend shuttlefare.com to anyone!
