What fabulous customer service!

Even though my small sign might be lost in the post, here in the UK, Jennifer (Michelle!) was so very helpful and friendly, and has arranged for a replacement to be sent asap! What a charming person, who had time to talk, and the finest ambassador for the company. I would be only too happy to fly out to Gothenburg, and pick it up in person! Tack så mycket, Jennifer. Det var så trevligt att prata med dig tidigare!

Excellent all round

Excellent all round experience with Signomatic. Had 24 plastic signs made for horse stable doors. Signs were exactly what I expected. Design process via the website was quick and easy. Shipping from Sweden to New Zealand took only 9 days from the time the order was placed. Shipping is expensive ($41 NZD), but buying multiple items was the same price, so pretty cheap overall. The more items you buy the more the discount also (28% in my case). Would definitely use again.
