The process was very good. This was my 4th purchase. Everything went smoothly. The only problem is when it is shipped to the state representative/agent the tracking stops there. You are unable to see when it is delivered to the FFL in your state. Regarding this purpose, my order status says a mailing label was generated on 6/11/26 and shipped to the FFL on 6/12/26. Today is 6/16/26 and there is no further updates.

Wow! Now even easier than ever with the no-stamp tax. I haven't received my most recent purchase yet due to the mandatory waiting period, but this last purchase was way easier than it used to be. I have zero complaints with the way Silencer Central handles things. They make it effortless.

They make the process very easy; they respond quickly and offer discounts and coupons.
I only wish that they had the ability to use my existing trust instead of requiring a new single trust.
Pretty straightforward from start to finish. Allows for chat with an agent if issues arise and detailed instructions with confirmation as steps are completed. My only issue was having to change to a desktop layout to fill out an ATF form near the end of the process.
I recently purchased a Dead Air Sandman X. Same price as the other stores I shopped, but the customer service they provided over the phone was far superior to the in-person service I received. The salesman answered all of my question with regards to the mounts and made the entire purchase easy. Promptly sent my ATF paperwork and filed everything I needed. I will definitely use Silencer Central again
This is the 6th silencer I've bought. They have the process down to a science. It took less than a day to get everything proofed and signed for submission to ATF. Now just waiting for ATF approval and they will send to my house.
I was looking for suppressors on line and Bass Pro Shop popped up with the suppressor I wanted and they were fulfilled by silencer central. I paid for the suppressor and minutes later I was contacted by SC, they got me started on the process and a month later my suppressor was at my front door.

Silencer central makes the whole suppressor buying experience easy and very simple. I have ordered four different suppressors from them and every time it went well even before efiling. I recommend them for your suppressors buying needs.

Email instructions were great. Had to call customer service once for a problem I was having. (my error) The CS guy I talked to was unbelievable! He seemed happier to get it fixed than I did. I wanted to ask him over for beers.

I had a lot of questions through the process ordering a suppressor and barrel threading. They were always there to answer questions. One woman, can’t remember her name unfortunately helped me big time with the ATF form. I got my suppressor in about 37 days and less than 2 weeks for the barrel threading

Silencer Central made the experience great. All paperwork was done online. Just fill in the info, upload a photo and fingerprint file, they take care of the rest. Customer service is excellent. Silencer arrived very soon after the ATF approval. I ordered another on the same day that the first was delivered. I will buy from Silencer Central again if I need another silencer. Thanks.
