I ordered 4 tires from them and was given a discount code from the salesperson. Apparently I wasn't supposed to be given the discount because they cancelled my order the next day. The tires were still on the website as well as the salesperson originally telling me they were in stock so that was never the problem. I asked to speak with a manager about this and they couldn't, but one would call me the next day. Well they did call me but all I got was shuck and jive from them which even though they screwed up my vacation by a few days because I had to get the tires elsewhere, I found out they sell outdated tires by several years so it's a blessing in disguise that they are cheaters.

Ordered tires on my lunch break, they arrived the next day. Simple Tire's price was below other sites including Amazon/ eBay and I was able to "finance" them pretty easily.

Ordered 4 tires and they shipped fast. The tires were given 2 FedEx tracking numbers. I received 3 tires. One tracking number had 2 tires taped together, the other, tape broken and one tire gone into the ethers. Contacted support and they filed my claim. Replacement tire came in 2 business days. After all is said and done, this company has great prices, ships fast, and is even faster to address concerns. I have a tire machine at work and will not only get my tires here from now on, but won't hesitate to recommend to all my friends. They have earned not only my trust, but now my loyalty.

My old tires were pretty much bald, and the local shops wanted ridiculous money just for a basic set. A coworker recommended Simpletire, so I decided to give them a shot. Honestly, the main thing that blew me away was how fast they got here. I placed my order late Tuesday afternoon and was fully expecting to wait a week. Nope. By friday morning, all four tires were sitting on my porch. Less than 72 hours total with free shipping! I took them to a local mechanic to get them mounted and balanced. If you haven't bourght tires online before because you were worried about slow delivery or bad prices, SimpleTire made it totally painless. Definitly using them again

I ordered and paid for four Kumho Crugen HT51 tires on a price match. After waiting a few days for delivery to a local Mr. Tire Autoservice center the delivered tires were installed. All that was flawless, and I was very pleased with SimpleTire's retail operations and installer arrangements. I even got a $60 flash sale coupon to offset the installation costs. When I got home I had a look at the tires. Not what I ordered. I had Kumho Crugen HT55's. While the tires had the same specs for load, speed, and ostensibly the same engineering and rubber, by inference mostly it's confirm, what I can confirm is that the mileage warranty was for 45k miles on this tire, versus the 75k for tires I ordered. And not a peep from SimpleTire. It's hard for me to believe this was an honest mistake. These tires all bear unique internal SKU's that are tracked by their inventory system. Had they informed me that HT51's were not available but HT55's and had been upfront about it, I would not be writing a poor review. I may not have done business with them at this time, but I would have been impressed with the way they do business and more willing to do business with them in the future. In the end I contacted customer service and explained the situation and was offered, after going through the hassle of photographing the tires on my vehicle (as if they don't have a record of the SKU's of the tires delivered to Mr. Tire) and finding a price match on the HT55's on Priority Tire's website, a suitable credit that made me whole at least economically. But not totally. Maybe ecomically if the tires performs and meets or exceeds it's shorter manufacturer warranty. But this is simply not the tire I researched and ordered so it's a leap of faith on my part. Worse SimpleTire would have happy slipped this by me had been vigilent and savvy enough to check everything within the specified return period. This is not the way to do business, and I'm (justifiably) wary of doing any business with them in the future. Check your tires carefully if you decide to make a purchase here.
