I will never buy tires here again
I will never buy tires here again, my daughters had two of the four tires went flat less than two months after purchase and the tire shop man said they were dry rioted. We send pics and everything and they still will not honor the warranty. Full of crap! I was just about to get a set for my car, no thanks I’ll go pay retail.

I ordered a set of tires (4) they certainly had the best price and warranty. But their customer service was outstanding!! The original order arrived at the installer but unfortunately one tire (FedX) took a tour of the USA Simple Tire contacted FedX and got the missed shipment on track, but the also agreed if the tire didn't arrive timely they would reship the tire.... but wait, there more! P.S. the installer on their site did a terrific job (Advanced Automotive Performance Uxbridge Ma.) The installer was able to accommodate my request to Road Force Balance the tires, during this process two tires were not able to be balanced and they gave me photo evidence of the machine display screen for a warranty claim. I sent this info to Simple Tire and within a couple of hours I received a conformation email that indeed this was covered by warranty and additionally they would sent two new tire to the installer and he would have them in two days, Wow! I highly recommend Simple Tire

Customer Service above and beyond 5 star
Delivery times: I received 2 of the tires fairly quickly. I am still waiting on the other 2. FedEx tracking showed them being routed back and forth across the country. This has disrupted a planned family vacation that involves lodging expenses and traveling logistics. Updating my review! The staff definitely went above and beyond and made my purchase right. Brandon was quick to respond and was able to get me the tires I was missing overnighted and saved our vacation. 5star customer service!!!!!

This is an updated review, my first was not so pleasant .. tired went missing. Brandon reached out to me and told me he would take care of it right away and he did .. he found a warehouse in my local area and had me choose a different tire and had it delivered to me the same day. Very pleased with the way he handled this situation

The best in professionalism
Listen, as someone who has worked in management and supervision for over two decades, the customer service (phone call and then email) from Simple Tire's Support Specialist Josh was some of the best customer service/support I have ever received. I've honestly only ever had great experiences with Simple Tire. When my order was delayed, I wasn't worried because this company is top-notch. Josh handled everything regarding my tire shipment and rescheduled my appointment. Excellent customer service. The cherry on top was receiving a beautiful email from Josh's manager, Amanda, who added to the great customer experience I already received. If you are reading this, listen to me and order from this company. Nothing is ever perfect, but you can rest assured they will go above and beyond to rectify any issue (if anything happens) and conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism possible. Josh and Amanda, thank you so much. You are both amazing. Ok, I'll end this review now and stop typing so much! lol

Well the gentleman name of Mr.Fred,he's like a magnet .Mr.Fred know what to say & when to say to us as customer .I'm 1 of the lucky ones to be transfer to him & I share with family & friends about Simpletire .com ,& ask for Mr.Fred ....excellent salesman.I had to exchange 2 sets of tires because of the wrong size so because Mr.Fred were off that Friday-Sunday ,I had someone else at the time but wasn't like Mr.Fred,as a matter of fact I expressed that I'll wait until Mr.Fred gets back in his office Monday Morning & on my caller ID Simpletire pop up & it were Mr.Fred!!! Expectation met!!! Delivery/quality/ordering/ price
The delivery was fantastic (2 day wait..) the customer service through their website was amazing when I couldn't get the actually tracking number to track my driver... the price is was unbeatable and when I say I search that's an understatement...I even work at shop and get discount on tires and they were STILL the cheapest...the quality of tires are exactly as they should be and how I expected...overall I would definitely order through them again in 3-4 yrs when I Need a new set !!!

Excellent Customer Care
There was incident with my tires not arriving. I don’t believe it was a simple tire issue, I think it was more of transit. However, I’ve used this company many times. With that being said, my first negative experience wasn’t really negative at all. Josh, a member of the installation team went above and beyond. He called me up said he was sending the replacement tire and it would be there in a day. Okay, sweet. To top it off, he then said he put in a request for compensation… I didn’t even have to ask, thank goodness because confrontation is not my strong suit. Anyways, everything got situated. If you get Josh on your team, you’ll be in great hands.
