I ordered four tires and 2 days later they were delivered to my house. This is incredibly fast service. They were on my truck the next day. The shop I used to mount and balance them was greatly impressed by the quality of the tires. "They balanced very well with minimal weights needed." I was able to get them at an amazing sale price which shocked the shop! They ride well and, handle great. I am 💯 satisfied with my purchase and, I highly recommend SimpleTire!

UPDATE/EDIT - They made it right...specifically Brandon one of the managers took it upon himself to take care of the issue and for that I am grateful. He went out of his way to make sure I was not left hanging. That said, this doesn't negate the fact that the process for returns is broken but if you lose your mind someone will eventually take care of you. Again, really wish it wouldn't have come to that but in the end I have a good quality set of tires and I have Brandon to thank for it. BUYER BEWARE - Don't use this place. The purchase process is easy but the tires delaminate and their return process is designed so they don't solve your problem. Example: All 4 tires have delaminated...one of them while driving, after checking the other 3. They're delaminating too so now I need 4 new tires and Simpletire will not warranty even though I've submitted everything multiple times including having a mechanic check the tires, countless pictures and hours on phone calls. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO LOCAL.
